Maravilla Building TWO, units 2103 and 2210! Both units are located just 30-40 steps to the pool OR beach......always less than a minute from your condo to any chair....beach or pool.
Unit 2103: This is our recently updated bottom floor unit. It doesn't get any more convenient than this if you have kids! You don't have to carry your books, coolers, boogie boards, towels, noodles ect, etc, far at all. The decor is great fun Florida colors of red, yellow and blue! You can park at your front door and escape out the back door to the pool or beach! We provide many beach toys. This unit sleeps 6 with a king bed and TV in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the guest bedroom with a TV/VCR and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit is very popular with families with small kids. You can lay out by your door or the pool while little ones sleep. We keep a port-a-crib in the unit because we have a lot of small kids stay here. You can rent Unit 2102, immediately next door to keep your friends and family close. Unit 2210: This is our second floor unit. It is decorated in West Indies Style decor. It is truly a delight to stay in. Sit on your balcony and over look the pool and gulf of Mexico. The unit sleeps 6 with a king bed and TV/VCR in the master bedroom, a queen bed and TV in the guest bedroom and also has a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit was also recently updated and includes a flat screen TV. This unit is also located less than a minute tot the pool OR beach!
Each unit offers Wireless Internet Access and free unbrella /beach chair set up! Your chairs are waiting for ya, don't bother packing them!
The Maravilla property offers two pools (one heated), tennis courts, a new workout room and schuffle board. It is located within 5 minutes of several golf courses, the Outlet Mall and Destin's newest shops and restaurants of Baytown Warf! Many, many, many guest continue to choose Maravilla year after year, come and see why! There is NOT a better family resort on Scenic!

Owner Description
My family and I visited Destin in 2001 and fell in love with the white sandy beaches. Maravilla has been a tradition of our family for years. The rental busines has been a true blessing to each of us. It has allowed me to be a "work at home" mom while raising our two kids and has given me the opportunity to meet many wonderful families from all over the United States.
We purchased our properties with two non-negotiable factors in mind: 1) Views! We would not compromise on being able to see the emerald waters of the gulf while relaxing on our balcony. We are from Kentucky and our vacations are all about seeing and enjoying the water. 2)Proximity to the beach and pool. As a family with young kids we wanted to be quick to and from our condo to the sand. Our goal was always less than a minute for either and we purchased our condo's accordingly.
As a result, our family enjoys truly relaxing vacations taking in the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Regardless of where we are, the heart of Destin, Panama City Beach, Scenic Gulf Drive our views don't change..the famous emerald water is only a glance away! Our family condo business is dear to us. We recognize how blessed we are and we cherish the memories!
Why the Owner Chose Maravilla
Purchasing a vacation home within driving distance to our home was important to us. It allows us to vacation often in our home away from home. The Gulf Coast's emerald waters were like no other place we had ever seen. The natural beauty of the beaches were the "icing on the cake" for our purchase of our vacation home.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Our kids have grown up at Maravilla. Our daughter learned to swim in the pool there. We have since purchased other properties as investiments. Maravilla remains our favorite, our children will not go anywhere else. The property offers great "kids friendly" playing spaces. Maravilla's neighborhood community is perfect for riding bikes, skating, playing tag, getting a wiffle ball game up and just doing things kids love to do. Many complexes today only offer a parking lot and a beach to play on. We LOVE Maravilla!

Thanks so much for the extended vacation at Maravilla 2103! The location was superb for our daily beach and pool outings, not to mention the convenience of being on the first floor with our dog, Bentley! The photos accurately depict the amenities of this property and my family highly recommends it for any Destin vacation. Destin has been our vacation destination for 18 years, this is the first time we have stayed at Maravilla. Great location, great amenities, and great owners! The condo was perfect...it was myself, husband, daughter, son-in-law and 3 yr old granddaughter...there was enough room to stay out of each others way and SOOO close to the beach and pool. It was clean as a pin and the washer and dryer were great to have. We would reccomend it to anyone...there were 18 of us all ltogether.... our other family were in one of the houses in the same complex..perfect...thanks Marti!!

We stayed seven nights at this property and enjoyed it very much. We had 4 adults and a 2 year old and there was plenty of room for all of us. Very clean and nicely decorated. It was so handy being that close to the beach as we could carry the baby a short distance rather than take along a stroller and other gear. We would like to visit Destin next summer and will check the availability of this unit for sure.

We had an absolutely wonderful vacation! My husband and I along with our 8-year-old son and my 77-year-old mother occupied the unit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We were thrilled with the magnificent view from our balcony, as we could see the Gulf perfectly without a huge high-rise obstructing the view. The condo itself was very clean and beautifully decorated. It was only a very short walk (a minute or two at most) to the beach! We loved the fact that each morning a cabana boy would set up a cabana and two chairs for us on the beach. He was most accommodating and would even come by to adjust our umbrella as the direction of the sun moved from east to west. Parking at this condo was never an issue. It's in a gated community which gave us a great sense of security. As much as our son loved playing in the Gulf’s crashing waves and building sandcastles at the beach, he also enjoyed swimming in the pool, which really was just 40 steps from the condo! Riding the go-carts and playing arcade games at "The Track" was also big-time fun for him. My son and husband also spent one day at a large outdoor water park called "Big Kahuna's". Some of our favorite restaurants included "The Back Porch", "AJ's", and "Fudpucker's". Great shopping opportunities nearby at Destin Commons and Silver Sands Factory Outlet mall. Marti was a pleasure to work with. She was prompt in responding to my initial e-mail I sent inquiring about the unit we selected and answered various questions for me. It was a relaxing and memorable vacation for all of us! I would certainly recommend this condo; you won’t be disappointed!

Great location in Destin. Located just steps away from a beautiful white sandy beach or the pool. Best of all our complimentary beach chairs were set up and waiting every morning. We enjoyed breakfast on the balacony overlooking the ocean watching the dolphins swim by. A short stroll up the beach was Pompano Joes for great seafood. The condo was very nicely decorated and we lacked nothing. The owners of the condo were very honest and easy to work with. We'll definately book again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean and comfortable. We were close to the pool and there was also a heated pool and hot tub. It was a wonderful week at the beach!

We loved, loved, loved the condo and Destin and will certainly be contacting you again in the future. The weather was perfect and the beach was beautiful and not at all affected by the situation in the Gulf. We saw dolphins every day and stingrays almost every day, and my dad even swam with a sea turtle in the surf at the Maravilla beach. We were happy to give whatever support we could to the economy in Destin and would certainly encourage anyone else to do so as well

"I stayed the week of May 2, 2010 along with my husband & 5 yr old son. We had a wonderful experience here! It was just as pictured, the view from the balcony was fabulous - I sat on the balcony every morning to have my coffee! It was so clean & well decorated, everything you need is there, pots & pans, coffee pot w/filters, blender, microwave, tea pitcher, even some beach toys! It is the perfect location, even though it is on the 2nd floor, there is an elevator on either side of your condo that is very close & convenient...and you can see the ocean from your balcony! Plus, it is right above where the oceanfront pool is. I also have to say that Marti was so easy to work with and happy to answer any questions. The condo is also within walking distance to Pompano Joe's. It was great that beach set up with 2 chairs & umbrella was included every day, you just tell the attendant your Unit # and pick an umbrella! My son loved playing in the sand - it was the most beautiful, powder soft sand we have ever seen! (this was our first time to Florida) I definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a nice clean place to stay with a great view! We will be back!

We loved the location, close to pool and beach. Clean and beautiful decorated. The owner was very helpful with a list of restaurants and activities close by. Restaurants with in walking distances. Lots of good shopping!!! This is a great place for family vacation or girls getaway. I would recommend this to my friends and I hope to come back real soon!!!!
