Thanks so much for the extended vacation at Maravilla 2103! The location was superb for our daily beach and pool outings, not to mention the convenience of being on the first floor with our dog, Bentley! The photos accurately depict the amenities of this property and my family highly recommends it for any Destin vacation. Destin has been our vacation destination for 18 years, this is the first time we have stayed at Maravilla. Great location, great amenities, and great owners! The condo was perfect...it was myself, husband, daughter, son-in-law and 3 yr old granddaughter...there was enough room to stay out of each others way and SOOO close to the beach and pool. It was clean as a pin and the washer and dryer were great to have. We would reccomend it to anyone...there were 18 of us all ltogether.... our other family were in one of the houses in the same complex..perfect...thanks Marti!!

We stayed seven nights at this property and enjoyed it very much. We had 4 adults and a 2 year old and there was plenty of room for all of us. Very clean and nicely decorated. It was so handy being that close to the beach as we could carry the baby a short distance rather than take along a stroller and other gear. We would like to visit Destin next summer and will check the availability of this unit for sure.

We had an absolutely wonderful vacation! My husband and I along with our 8-year-old son and my 77-year-old mother occupied the unit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We were thrilled with the magnificent view from our balcony, as we could see the Gulf perfectly without a huge high-rise obstructing the view. The condo itself was very clean and beautifully decorated. It was only a very short walk (a minute or two at most) to the beach! We loved the fact that each morning a cabana boy would set up a cabana and two chairs for us on the beach. He was most accommodating and would even come by to adjust our umbrella as the direction of the sun moved from east to west. Parking at this condo was never an issue. It's in a gated community which gave us a great sense of security. As much as our son loved playing in the Gulf’s crashing waves and building sandcastles at the beach, he also enjoyed swimming in the pool, which really was just 40 steps from the condo! Riding the go-carts and playing arcade games at "The Track" was also big-time fun for him. My son and husband also spent one day at a large outdoor water park called "Big Kahuna's". Some of our favorite restaurants included "The Back Porch", "AJ's", and "Fudpucker's". Great shopping opportunities nearby at Destin Commons and Silver Sands Factory Outlet mall. Marti was a pleasure to work with. She was prompt in responding to my initial e-mail I sent inquiring about the unit we selected and answered various questions for me. It was a relaxing and memorable vacation for all of us! I would certainly recommend this condo; you won’t be disappointed!

Great location in Destin. Located just steps away from a beautiful white sandy beach or the pool. Best of all our complimentary beach chairs were set up and waiting every morning. We enjoyed breakfast on the balacony overlooking the ocean watching the dolphins swim by. A short stroll up the beach was Pompano Joes for great seafood. The condo was very nicely decorated and we lacked nothing. The owners of the condo were very honest and easy to work with. We'll definately book again!

Great Relaxing Spring Break

Our family of four had a great spring break week. The condo offered convenience and relaxation. Great beach and pool views with easy access. Our teenage sons loved the location and made many memories. Marty and David were great to work with. We hope to make another visit in the future and highly recommend a stay at the Maravilla.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean and comfortable. We were close to the pool and there was also a heated pool and hot tub. It was a wonderful week at the beach!

We loved, loved, loved the condo and Destin and will certainly be contacting you again in the future. The weather was perfect and the beach was beautiful and not at all affected by the situation in the Gulf. We saw dolphins every day and stingrays almost every day, and my dad even swam with a sea turtle in the surf at the Maravilla beach. We were happy to give whatever support we could to the economy in Destin and would certainly encourage anyone else to do so as well

"I stayed the week of May 2, 2010 along with my husband & 5 yr old son. We had a wonderful experience here! It was just as pictured, the view from the balcony was fabulous - I sat on the balcony every morning to have my coffee! It was so clean & well decorated, everything you need is there, pots & pans, coffee pot w/filters, blender, microwave, tea pitcher, even some beach toys! It is the perfect location, even though it is on the 2nd floor, there is an elevator on either side of your condo that is very close & convenient...and you can see the ocean from your balcony! Plus, it is right above where the oceanfront pool is. I also have to say that Marti was so easy to work with and happy to answer any questions. The condo is also within walking distance to Pompano Joe's. It was great that beach set up with 2 chairs & umbrella was included every day, you just tell the attendant your Unit # and pick an umbrella! My son loved playing in the sand - it was the most beautiful, powder soft sand we have ever seen! (this was our first time to Florida) I definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a nice clean place to stay with a great view! We will be back!

We loved the location, close to pool and beach. Clean and beautiful decorated. The owner was very helpful with a list of restaurants and activities close by. Restaurants with in walking distances. Lots of good shopping!!! This is a great place for family vacation or girls getaway. I would recommend this to my friends and I hope to come back real soon!!!!

Another GREAT Destin vacation! destin4ruby (fenton mo) Review submitted: May 17, 2010 Date of arrival: April 22, 2010 Another great visit to the Maravilla......my first trip with my 2 year old "rescue" Ruby and she and I both loved the accomodations, view of the pool and of course enjoying our mornings watching the dolphin swim by! The condo was perfect...clean....and well maintained. The golf courses were in very good shape.....the outlet mall was wonderful and of course Pompano Joe's was awesome! Went to Niceville and ate at Giuseppi's on the Wharf and everyone needs to visit there! Will return...as soon as possible! Thanks for making some great memories!
