This is a beautiful, fully furnished, 1750 square foot townhome with warm wood accents and upscale furnishings throughout. There are 2 king and 2 queen luxurious pillow top beds and a queen sleeper. Each of the 3 bedrooms has a full bathroom and large walk in closet.
The lower bedroom is set up as an efficiency apartment, with it's own mini-fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker, as well as expanded cable equipped TV, DVD, and large patio. The master bedroom has a large 3rd story balcony, and also cable TV and DVD.
There is a beautiful tropical pool with a 6" deep tanning platform, or splash area for the little ones. It is a short walk to the beach at Padre Balli Park, which has Bob Hall Pier, changing areas and a restaurant. Beach chairs and pool / beach toys are provided.

We were stationed in CC for temporary duty and couldnt bring our own furniture. This place was great and several of us were able to split the rent and each have our own bedroom and bathroom. The first floor room with efficiency kitchen and direct out door access was great for our sharing situation as well. The beach is a short walk down the road. We were able to launch our kayak straight into the canals from the boat ramp beside the Breezeways complex. There is a convenient open air church next door as well. This units location on the back corner gives easy access to the overflow parking lot for the times when the other spots are full (we had 4 cars between all of us). The management company was polite and responsive to all of our needs and routine maintenance issues as they came up. We loved our stay on the island! It was convenient to base and had awesome restaurants.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

I stayed at this townhome with friends for the Beach to Bay Marathon Relay, and it was wonderful! This townhome is beautifully decorated and furnished, and very comfortable. Also just a short walk to the beach. I loved it. I highly recommend it; I would stay there again.
