Brand new condominium in beautiful Panama City Beach Florida! Available to rent for the first time in 2008-- be among the first to stay! This unit is located on the 11th floor and is one of the best in the entire property. The unit consists of 1,131 square feet with a 201 square foot balcony. It is a corner unit and the wrap-around balcony overlooks the pool area and the sugar sand beach and emerald ocean.
This unit is professionally decorated! Inside you find tile floors in the foyer, kitchen, living room, bathrooms and bunk area. The two bedrooms are carpeted and each contain a king size bed with a premium mattress, LCD television and ceiling fan. The master bedroom overlooks the beach and has access to the balcony.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with all utensils, pots & pans, toaster, blender, coffee maker, full size refrigerator with ice maker, range, microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal, even granite countertops! The living room has a couch that folds out to make a queen size bed, leather recliner, ceiling fan, LCD television and DVD player. There are two sliding glass doors that lead out to the wrap-around balcony.
The bunk area is off of the living room and leads to the half bath. Sleeps 6 to 8 people comfortably!
Parking is available in secure parking deck. There is a covered check in area and several elevators. Pineapple Willy's Restaurant & Bar is right next door, Waffle House and Wal-Mart are within walking distance. This is the perfect condo in the perfect location! Check out the pictures!
