This beach cottage was updated in the summer of 2006. It is a TWO, 2 bedroom, 1 bath duplex with a large grass backyard that borders the creek. Both bathrooms are newly remodeled. The cottage sleeps up to 8 people comfortably. Two separate units with their own full kitchens. Can be rented together or individually.
Sandcastle Beach Cottage is located in the Montecito beach community, less than a block from the beach.
It is an easy 2 min walk to both Miramar Beach and Hammond's Beach. These beaches are known for long strolls up and down the coastline for morning walks, beautiful evening sunsets, sunbathing in the sand, surfing the waves, kayaking and swimming amongst the sea.
Beach chairs, umbrellas, 2 kayaks, 2 beach cruiser bikes, beach toys and private outdoor jacuzzi are provided for your enjoyment.
Sandcastle Beach Cottage is around the corner from the Four Seasons Hotel. Montecito's Coast Village Road is a few minutes away with great restaurants, cafes and coffee shops. Downtown Santa Barbara, with it's attractions, beaches, shopping and a wide range of restaurants and cafes, is about 5 minutes away.
