  This property is clean, spacious, and affords a spectacular view of the beach and beautiful sunsets from the balcony. The two bedrooms are furnished with King Size beds to provide an extremely comfortable sleep after a day of fun and relaxation. Beach Cottages has one of best court yards and decks you'll find anywhere. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and the convenience of the three grills for an evening BBQ. The owner was tremendous to deal with and was interested in making your stay totally enjoyable - which we appreciated. I'd recommend this unit and Beach Cottages to anyone travelling in the area.

  This condo can be your home away from home. It has everything you need to cook a meal or if your in the mood visit one of the many restaurants that line the street. It is clean, beautifully decorated, and has a lovely view of the Gulf from the balcony. A swimming pool and outdoor grills are also provided. We have rented it for years and never been disappointed.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

  Spent two weeks in this unit. Travel to Florida each summer with the family. This unit is more like a cottage setting on the beach. I would not say "luxurious", so be very careful if that is what you are expecting. Had a few issues upon arrival: no working phone and we were not impressed with how "clean" the unit was when we arrived. During our stay the washer broke ( fixed within 24 hours) and the WIFI never worked during our stay. The owner of this unit was great leading up to our vacation but was not very helpful with our concerns during our stay. Our cell phone bill was $ 140 trying to call and resolve issues when we first arrived, as the phone was not in service upon our arrival. We were never offered any type of compensation for our troubles. We took pictures to show the owner, which were never requested. We would not stay again in this unit as we found the advertisement/description misleading. Even the pictures on this site are labelled incorrectly (bedroom pics). Certainly not "luxurious" but a large, dated (older appliances, mixed dishes, cups, etc) unit with a good view of the ocean.

  We have vacationed at Beach Cottages for 3 yrs. because we love the area. This unit was one of the best we have rented. Very clean & comfortable!!! Love the beach & the pool...you will never need to fight for a lounge chair at the pool!

  Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+.

  My wife and I stayed here last April and I highly recommend this property and condo. It is great for 4 adults with the 2 large bedrooms with excellent TV'S and your own bathroom. It is very clean and we felt right at home in the large living room overlooking the ocean. We dined out almost every night with the many fine restaurants and didn't use the kitchen much. It is older,very large and very clean.The only thing we missed was a blender. The pool and the multiple outdoor cooking grills are also great along with the view of the ocean from your balcony. The property owner was very helpful and we hope to stay here again .
