Take advantage of all of the extras we provide so you can get the most out of your vacation. There is no need to worry about where to park as we also include FREE covered PARKING for our guests!! If you use the bus, the stop is right next to the building.
We provide on-site management in case of the unexpected. Koko Resorts, Inc. has a management office located on the 5th floor of Tower 1 in Suite 501.
We also provide other convenient amenities, free of charge, such as boogie boards, golf putters, tennis rackets, portable (folding) cribs, and inflatable mattresses. Amenities can be checked out from our office on a first come basis. Rent direct and save! Don't pay more to settle for less. Many rentals in Waikiki cost a lot more to rent and have not been updated since the 1970's and it shows!
