Nice, affordable Hilton Head rental for your family. This corner unit accommodates 8 comfortably and has its own washer and dryer for your use.

The balcony off the living area overlooks an outdoor pool and is furnished with table and chairs. Take the elevator or stairs down from our fourth floor villa for a quick dip in the pool.

All bed linens and towels are provided, and the cleaning fee is included in the rates quoted. There is a fully equipped kitchen with seating at the bar for three. The dining room includes six upholstered chairs. Carpet and paint are only two years old, and the unit is attractively decorated.

Bedroom #1 includes a king bed and flat screen TV. Bedroom #2 is queen size. Bedroom #3 includes two single beds. The living room sofa pulls out to sleep 2.

The unit also includes two bathrooms.

Hilton Head Resort is a great island location, gated property, and an easy walk to the beach over the resort's boardwalk. There are no streets to cross to reach the beach, and if you don't enjoy the walk, just take advantage of the golf cart shuttle.

At the beautiful beach, you'll find a cabana with food, drinks, and restrooms. It's a great beach for walking, just soaking up the sun, or taking a swim. It's also an uncrowded area of beach. Our unit includes a beach cart and chairs for your use.

The resort offers tennis courts on-site. There is an indoor pool in case you encounter a rainy day plus two outdoor pools - one of which is just below our unit. The second outdoor pool includes a deli and convenience store. A bicycle path runs right in front of the resort and bicycle rental/delivery is available on the island.

It's an easy drive to the many island restaurants, shopping, and activities. The Robert Trent Jones golf course is right next door at Palmetto Dunes.
