Located on beautiful Navarre Beach,Fl.this fourth floor condo offers an expansive view of the gulf with plenty of privacy and 3 miles of unspoiled beach on Santa Rosa Island. We are bordered by a State Park to the east and National Seashore to the west. Our beach has been totally renourished over the past 2 years and is waiting for you and your family/friends to come and enjoy.
The condo is direct ocean-front on the 4th floor. The unit offers 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths plus a balcony that can be accessed from both the living room and the master bedroom. Nine foot ceilings through out. The views are incredible. You will see some of the finest sunsets there are and if you are an early riser you can enjoy the morning quiet on the balcony or shelling on the beach. The second bedroom has views of the Inland Waterway or as we refer to it, Santa Rosa Sound.
The kitchen is completely stocked with adequate amounts of dishes,glasses,flatware and cooking utensils. The dining area has a table and chairs for six people.
There is tile through out the entry, kitchens and baths. Carpet in the bedrooms.
The master bedroom is spacious and has a king-size bed. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and there are also 2 sleeper chairs that are perfect for the children. There is a queen-ssize sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit sleeps 8 people very comfortably.
There are plenty of linens, pillows and towels provided. **Bring your own beach towels.**
Both full size baths have oversized tubs for soaking after a long day at the beach.
This unit has high-speed wireless internet so don't forget your laptop.

This beach offers a variety of activities here and in the surrounding area. We are 20 miles from Pensacola and 15 miles from Fort Walton Beach and just another 20 miles to Destin and some of the finest shopping in the area.

There is a walking/ bike path for those early morning walks or bike rides through the National Seashore which is bordered from the west. At the east end of the beach we have a new County Park. There are several covered picnic areas and a boardwalk over the dunes to the sandy white beach.

The new fishing pier is open for business. We boast about having the longest pier in the gulf.

Hello! My name is Peg Black and I live here on Navarre Beach. I moved from New Hampshire in 1991 for a position at one of the area hospital. After 35 years of nursing I decided I would try something different.
I started my vacation rental service in 2005. I had one house at the time. I have since grown to have 7 different condos and homes. Navarre Towers is my favorite place of all. Unit 405 has beautiful views of the gulf from a balcony with a great lounge chair, etc.
My favorite time is in the morning when I am walking and everyting is just waking up.
The sunrises are beautiful and the sunsets are incredible.

We've used this condo for multiple vacations, and it's perfect for the family: it sleeps plenty, it's well-equipped, the view is perfect, access to the beach and pool is so easy....and it has two nice-sized televisions (a GREAT plus for us -- after a long day at the beach, nobody has to play TV referee!). This summer, a group of girlfriends and I left the hubbies and kids at home for a weekend getaway, and this condo was great for that, too! (Blender ... beach chair service ... Need I say more?) My only hesitation in recommending it to others is that I don't want it to be taken when I want to book it!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Ms Pat did a wonderful job of making sure our family vacation was one that we would never forget! The view was more than we could ask for and the accomidations were so clean, neat and organized-we had everything we needed and more! The set up was a very easy and the access to all the surrounding areas was perfect. A great place for families and if you want a great vacation without all the hassle of partiers around you. Wonderful occupiers of the building and everyone was so welcoming. Will for sure vacation with Ms. Pat's properties and this one in particular in the future. -Family Vacation-June 2009

We stayed at this condo last fall, and absolutely loved it. The decor, set-up, and location were all fantastic, and Navarre has to be the most relaxing, family-friendly beach on the Gulf.
