Bay View Grand is a Luxury condominium property in Cancun. Our condo is on the 4th. floor and we expressly chose it’s location on the building for unobstructed sights and privacy with Breath Taking views of the turquoise Caribbean Sea and the Nichupte Lagoon. This is a brand new condo (received 28 Dec 2007), decorated by a professional interior designer to make your stay a memorable one.
Please note that EVERYTHING in this Condo is BRAND NEW. It was furnished the first week of January 2008. We encourage you to enjoy it and to help us keep it looking the same by taking care of its contents.

There are plenty of taxis and public buses, but if you want to drive the beautiful Yucatan Riviera and archaeological sites, you can rent a car, we have do have two covered parking spots.
