Exquisite apartment on the 4 th floor of a small residence. Wonderful ocean view from the living room and kitchen. Off the master bedroom on a clear day, you can see the snowy caps of the Alps. The side of the residence is overlooking the "Croix de Garde," a national reserve with mimosa trees.
No problem of safety; this is a gated community, and you can park your car in the perimeter of the gated area. Only 5 minutes by car to downtown Cannes where you can enjoy the many aspects of the city, but yet come back to the apartment and feel relaxed and enjoy the view.
From Cannes, you can visit many old villages, such as Biot(hand blown glass, old church), Mougins (art galleries, restaurants, magnificent views), Eze (called de Nid D'Aigle) 1000 meters above the ocean, spectacular view, Monaco. Go to Italy, Grasse, watch making, perfume and soaps), the route Napoleon, St. Paul De Vence (fortified city), Villefranche, Antibes, Gourette sur Loup (specialty of the city Violette). Cannes is deserved by the TGV that will bring you to Paris in about 5 hours, only 2 hours away by car from St. Tropez and Aix En Provence, different ski resorts...
Get your fresh vegetables, fruits and fish from de "Marche De Forville; also on Monday it becomes an antique market. For antique lovers, on Saturday and Sunday there is an antique market near the Hotel De Ville. Cannes is the location of luxurious hotels such as "Martinez" and "Carlton"--they both have a terrace overlooking the bay, private beaches where you are just pampered, and they provide you with a long chair and umbrella. Bring your refreshing drinks and delicious food..
In Cannes you can visit the Suquet, Old Port, walk along the Croisette, famous beaches, take a boat trip to the Isles, or rent your own. During summer months, take the sea bus that will cruise you from Cannes to St. Tropez. Get your fresh baquette at endless bakeries on "Rue Meynadier." Shop Rue D'Antibes.. At night the city offers many restaurants on the beach, where you can enjoy the sunset, looking at the yachts from all over the world.
Each time I get a chance to stay at my place, I enjoy and relax in the life that is so unique to the French Riviera. Good food, great shopping, excellent services, and everything is so close...

I was Born in Belgium, now working in California.
Each time that I have a chance to go to cannes, I go.
It is such a relaxing place, good food, nice weather,beautiful 11 century town all around, at maximun 1/2 H by car. a complete change of pace.
Why the Owner Chose Cannes
We chose to buy this rental, because of the weather, Belgium being very windy,overcast and a lot of rain.
also excellent public communications , a bus just at the corner of the condo
and we did love the vieuw from every room. front the ocean, side the croix de garde (natrural reserve) back the alps.
The Unique Benefits of this Apartment
this condo is a little higher on the hill which give us a cooler fresh air
and it is quite
the proximity of everything, taking the bus only takes +- 10 minutes to go to the croisette and there is a bus every 15 minutes.
easier than trying to find a parking place in Cannes!!!!
