Just got back from a one week stay in this condo. It was absolutely beautiful. The views from balcony were breathtaking. Condo was immaculate and kept that way by maid's daily visit. Booking was as easy as 1,2,3. Ernie was available whenever we needed him. Security kept us feeling 100% safe at all times. Thank you Tracy for sharing your home with vacationing families.

My family of five stayed in October. On the flight down, we see that Hurricaine Rena is headed for our destination. The first view days were perfect, and really only about 2 days were totally lost to the tropical storm. But, Tracy and Ernie made sure to continually check on us and make sure we were safe and comfortable. Fresh flowers and a stocked refrigerator when we arrived (we sent a grocery list prior to our arrival)! Then, when we did experience an inconvenience when the tropical storm hit, Ernie and Tracy did EVERYTHING to make it right for us! I cannot speak more highly of both of them. Have no hestitation at all about renting from Tracy and trusting Ernie with your vacation. The condo is immaculate and the Portofino is an ideal location. Our second time at that location, first time renting from Tracy but not our last...we will be back in March!

If you are looking to rent a place for vacation don't even think twice...this is an absolutley fantastic condo..I went with my family October 20th-25th..and this place rocks!! Everything was within walking distance. The beach was gorgeous! Being a corner unit just enhanced it that much more. A picturesque view from every room. Loved Ernest so much, and the housekeeper was just a sweetheart! We loved it so much, and Tracy is extremely awesome, and easy to deal with. Our experience here was very positive and we will definitely come back....I have been to Cancun 5 times, and this was the nicest place I have ever stayed.....Thanks so much!!

We have been in Tracy's apartment in August 2010. We had best time for 7 days. The condo is in beautiful location with nice view of blue sea. The Bathroom, Kitchen and Bedrooms are very nice and spacious and better than some of the 5 star hotels. It is also conveniently located where you can get easy transport as well as you can walk to the shopping areas. The pool, spa and security at Portofino is excellent. Overall we had a best vacation with our family. Tracy, I am going to highly recommend my friends to book your condo for future vacation. In future, If I will come again in Cancun, this is the condo where I want to be. Thank you so much Tracy for everything. Let us also know if you have any other vacation rental properties at other places.

We just returned from an incredible vacation at this Condo! The pictures are accurate and look almost identicle to the ones I took on my own camera while there. The views are unbelievable. From the master bedroom, as well as the main living areas you are surrounded by glass and ocean views! The balcony is breathtaking. Its HUGE and has lots of comfortable furniture to relax or eat on while overlooking the water. I took my three kids, 8, 14 and 16 by myself so security was extremely important to me. From the moment we set foot on the property, we were given armbands to identify us as guests of the property. Nobody, not even taxi cabs, were allowed on the property until they checked in with the guard shack. Even the back of the property from the beach to the pool area had 24 hour security guards. Also, lifeguards were at the pool and on the private beach area which gave me even more peace of mind. We were able to walk everywhere from Senor Frogs across the street, to Carlos and Charlies and shops a few blocks away. We took taxi's to Jet Ski and Jungle Boat Tours only because it was easier than navigating the bus or sidewalks with the kids. Take advantage of Ernie's willingness to charge a nominal service fee to stock the place with groceries from Walmart before you arrive! We passed on the offer thinking we would eat out the whole time....then I ended up taking a $40 cab ride roundtrip to walmart anyway! (Shopping at Walmart in Mexico was a neat experience though!) Best advice: Stock the place for breakfast and Lunch (okay to take down to the pool), then eat dinner out at any of the fabulous restaurants! The pool bar makes GREAT Pina Coladas and Cheese Quesadillas (sp?) for the kids! Washer and dryer was a HUGE added benefit too. The condo itself is immaculate and looks brand new. Everything was gorgeous. Even the building was always being cleaned and polished by staff on the premises. Usually....Im ready to get back home after a vacation. But all of us....really didn't want to leave. After staying here, I will never stay in another hotel room in Cancun again!

A PERFECT VACATION!!!

We just returned from a 7 night stay at Tracy's Portofino condo. This was our second time travelling to Cancun but first time staying at Portofino and everything was perfect from beginning to end... Believe it or not, the pictures don't do this condo justice. Upon first entering this unit the views are truly breathtaking!! One of the greatest features of this condo is huge amount of outdoor/terrace space due to the fact that it's an end unit. Although its hard to tell from the pics, the master bedroom has two walls that are glass sliders which open completely up onto the oceanfront terrace!! This condo was truly lacking nothing. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc. etc. and more than enough glasses and dishes. We were also provided with bottled water and a large bag of ice. There was also a laundry room with a washer and dryer and plenty of detergent. There was even a huge selection of Dvd's and Cd's in the livingroom. Finally Tracy provided a great homemade guide book to all the restaurants and attractions in Cancun that was very useful. The condo was kept immaculately clean all week by Tracey's full-time housekeeper Elsie. Although Elsie spoke very little english it was never a problem because the only thing we probably would of told here was to not do so much!! One day we came back to find her outside on the balcony, cleaning the windows by hand. This just goes to show, she was not only there to make our stay enjoyable, but also to maintain the condo's pristine conditon. Tracy also has a Property manager Ernie who works with her and helps make sure the rental goes smoothly. One of the very first things Ernie did upon meeting us was exchange cell phone numbers so we would be able to conact him should the need arise. He also gave us a bottle of wine upon arrival which I thought was a nice touch. Finally, the most impressive thing to me was the ease of the rental transaction. The whole process was handle completely through e-mails, which Tracy always responded to quickly, and I never once had to pick up the phone!! I would highly recommend staying at the Portofino Condo's and I would definately rent from Tracy again!!

We had the best time ever. On most days we were the only group at the pool how nice is that. Your condo is beautiful and very well decorated not to mention the perfect location & view wow. We couldn't have asked for better weather. Ernie and Elsie were wonderful as well as all the staff at the condo. Can we write a review on your website regarding our stay?
