Our fabulous, well equipped home is located in the beautiful Indian Wells development in Lely Resort in Naples, Florida. The home is located in a gated community and one of only 44 homes in the development. The home has views of a small pond from the lanai and has a large heated pool and spa.
The prestigious 3000 acre Lely Resort offers two golf courses and the Players Club and Spa.
A shopping mall with supermarket and restaurants are located within a 5 minute drive of the home.
From the main living area, a covered screened lanai with patio furniture overlooks the pool and spa.
With a total living space of 1,900 square feet, three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the property sleeps up to six in comfort. There are tiled floors throughout and the main living room and bedrooms have carpet. The master bedroom has a large walk-in shower with a king size bed and armoire with TV set. The master bedroom also has a large walk-in closet. There are 2 guest bedrooms with queen size beds and TV's in both rooms.
There is a patio set that seats 4 for dinner on the lani and also 2 lawn chairs to soak up the sun and overlook the small pond.
Lely Resort is a fabulous resort for golfers with 36 challenging holes on your doorstep. The Flamingo Island course, designed by Robert Trent Jones was hailed as "America's Best" by Golf Week Magazine and received 4 stars from Golf Digest.
The Mustang Course, designed by Lee Trevino, is over 7,100 yards long and has multiple tee boxes for golfers of all skills. Golf aside, there is plenty to do at Lely Resort, Naples; so come and enjoy the best that Florida has to offer.
