There is an on-site video-arcade with video rentals available. Our freshwater heated 6000 square foot lagoon-style swimming pool provides a beautiful view of Lake Bryan and includes a baby pool, hot tub, a 2nd pool and a lakefront tiki hut for snacks and drinks. A 2 level covered parking area is provided to protect your vehicle.
On-site check-in and management facility with 4000 square feet of meeting space is available for your easy check-in. Our Condominium is professionally decorated by Catalina Interiors with granite countertops throughout, nine foot ceilings, custom painted, a balcony, dining room, and a living room providing a beautiful view of Lake Bryan and the lights of Orlando.
The living room provides an entertainment center, queen-size sofa sleeper and a view of the Lake. This unique condo provides patios overlooking Lake Bryan (400 acres) a spring-fed lake with over 900 feet of frontage providing a fabulous view of the nightly fireworks at the parks.
The large kitchen provides a dishwasher, side-by-side refrigerator, over/range microwave, double sinks with a disposal, with beautiful granite countertops throughout. A full-size washer and dryer are also provided. The Master Suite provides a King-size bed, large closet, TV, DVD, music system, with whirlpool tub and granite countertops throughout. This condo even provides Bunk beds for tow additional guests.
No detail has been overlooked. A fitness center and game room are right off the pool for your enjoyment. Miniature golf is right next door with 16 golf course in the area.
