Inside it features quintessential Cape Cod styling with seagrass rugs on natural oak floors and brass nautical lanterns. Living areas are bright and inviting. The kitchen is wonderfully equipped. Two master bedrooms each have a private bathroom. The two twin bedrooms share a third bath.
Outside the grounds are very private and professionally landscaped. The lawn is a great place for croquet or badminton. The beautiful flowering trees and shrubs are a joy to behold. The patio is a great place to lounge in the sun or barbecue after the beach.
A 5 minute drive takes you to the charming village of Chatham with all it has to offer. Stroll down Main Street with its fine shops, swim at Lighthouse Beach, take the Nature Walk on Morris Island, watch the harbor seals, have cocktails on the veranda at Chatham Bars Inn or just watch the fishing boats arrive at the Fish Pier. It's all so close.
