This 3000 sq/ft vacation home had an $80,000 remodel renovation and is absolutely beautiful! You will feel comfortable here and relaxed in the huge hot tub on the back patio.

The Game Room has a pool table, dartboard, Playstation II, card playing table, air hockey and numerous board and yard games.

Great location with quick access to airport, State Fair grounds, Sandia Labs, Kirtland Air Force Base, VA hospital, Bullhead sports park and much more. Nestled in a beautiful neighborhood called Siesta Hills with dead end streets, limited traffic entrances and parks.

Home has hardwood floors in living rooms and halls, deep plush carpet in all bedrooms, and tile in kitchen and baths. The kitchen is huge with all the cooking pots/pans/supplies you could need plus all solid granite countertops. There is a wood burning fireplace in the huge living room and fire wood is provided.

The master bedroom is huge with a firm luxury king bed with high count sheets and plush pillows. Read a book in the rocking chair. Didn't bring a book? That is ok as we have a good size library of current novels to choose from. The master bath is very antiquish (is that a word?) with an old cast iron bathtub (no shower) and an antique dresser made into the vanity with a glass finger bowl sink. Old world charm and beauty.

The largest sports complex park is located one block away, Bullhead Park, and there is a community park one block the other way. The house is a few easy walking blocks to the VA Hospital if you are here visiting an in-patient. The Albuquerque airport is just 4 miles away just down the street. The Albuquerque Convention Center is located 7 miles away and it is a straight shot down to the freeway and up to the Convention Center.

  • King Bed (3) : Master bedroom has a fantastic King bed. Two other bedrooms have joined twins with King mattress toppers to make a King bed or they can be seperated to make two twin beds in each room. Just let us know your needs.
  • Queen Bed: One bedroom has a Queen bed.
  • Twin/Single Bed (4) : Two King beds can be converted to 4 Twin beds. See above King bed section for details. We also have two additional Twin beds in garage which can be set up in Master bedroom or Game room. Just let us know your needs and we will accomodate.
