You're on vacation from the monent you pull in. Our 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath 3000 sq. ft. home is yours to enjoy!
Located in a restricted private Lake community, on the lake Seneca side of Lake Hartwell, at Bouy S37A, we are just a short boat ride to Clemson University.
The entry, living and dining rooms are vaulted, with beautiful water views. There are 2 livingroom seating areas - one for TV, and the other for talking and games. (And we leave you pleanty of games and DVD's)
Up 5 steps to your master suite - with old fashioned leather arm chair and ottoman. Step out to your private balcony with lake view. The master bath has a jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and twin sinks.
Down a few steps to the second and third bedrooms (the second has a beautiful lake view!)A few more steps to the bonus room with second fridge, wet bar and pool table. this level has a second fireplace( the first is in the livingroom)and a separate TV area.
Off the bonus area is an oversize screen porch with seating group.
Half way to to dock is a covered hot tub with sun chairs. On to the dock, with its rooftop 28X26 foot deck. This is great after a day of boating - to just relax, and enjoy the second bar-b-que.
Kathleen has done another excellent job of decorating! Promise you'll take care of our second home, and enjoy!

Lake Hartwell is a large lake - away from the big city. Very little traffic, and plenty of space for every type of boating activity.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We love to be on the boat deck in the late afternoon. The sun sets beyond our house - with a beautiful reflection accross the lake.
We also love to play games and talk at the second sitting area in the living room.

This is our second time to rent this home and we enjoyed it once again! It is on the lake with beautiful views of the water - very peaceful and quiet but close to Clemson University, shopping, restaurants, etc. One of the best parts was that my Clemson Tigers won the football game! I would highly recommend this home for a perfect get away!

Your house was fantastic. Our stay was great. The pictures on the sight did not do justice to the house. It was more than I had expected. Thanks for sharing. Hopefully I will be able to come again. The lake had such a calming affect.

This was our second time this year renting this house on Lake Hartwell. We love this house and the amenities that it has to offer. The house is large and so tastefully decorated. We had another great time and will certainly be back again!

What a fantastic house and location! We stayed here for my son's graduation from Clemson and this was the perfect place to relax. It had ample space and the different levels allowed for private time as well as family time. Great view with many outdoor spaces. My sons enjoyed the downstairs area with the pool table. I would definitely come back again!

Just returned from a great stay at Laurel Lane. This house has absolutely everything one would need to make you feel right at home and so beautifully decorated! Although we had a boat, we DID find the best fishing right off the dock and cooked a wonderful fish fry before we left. So much space in the house and a beautiful location on the lake. We really enjoyed our stay. Only down side for us was that we discovered how out of shape we were after four days of going up and down the 40-some steps from house to dock, but good exercise for us to work off the huge fish fry we ate! We had so much fun, we are talking about doing it again in September!

This property is even better in person than in the pictures provided. It provided a nice relaxing getaway for my husband and I. Lots of space! We plan to visit again in the summer for a week with another family and bring our boat!

Wonderful place to stay - the dock facilities for your boat are excellent. The house is spacious and has all the amenities. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and would recommend it for anyone wanting a relaxing retreat.
