This is our second time to rent this home and we enjoyed it once again! It is on the lake with beautiful views of the water - very peaceful and quiet but close to Clemson University, shopping, restaurants, etc. One of the best parts was that my Clemson Tigers won the football game! I would highly recommend this home for a perfect get away!

Your house was fantastic. Our stay was great. The pictures on the sight did not do justice to the house. It was more than I had expected. Thanks for sharing. Hopefully I will be able to come again. The lake had such a calming affect.

This was our second time this year renting this house on Lake Hartwell. We love this house and the amenities that it has to offer. The house is large and so tastefully decorated. We had another great time and will certainly be back again!

What a fantastic house and location! We stayed here for my son's graduation from Clemson and this was the perfect place to relax. It had ample space and the different levels allowed for private time as well as family time. Great view with many outdoor spaces. My sons enjoyed the downstairs area with the pool table. I would definitely come back again!

Just returned from a great stay at Laurel Lane. This house has absolutely everything one would need to make you feel right at home and so beautifully decorated! Although we had a boat, we DID find the best fishing right off the dock and cooked a wonderful fish fry before we left. So much space in the house and a beautiful location on the lake. We really enjoyed our stay. Only down side for us was that we discovered how out of shape we were after four days of going up and down the 40-some steps from house to dock, but good exercise for us to work off the huge fish fry we ate! We had so much fun, we are talking about doing it again in September!

This property is even better in person than in the pictures provided. It provided a nice relaxing getaway for my husband and I. Lots of space! We plan to visit again in the summer for a week with another family and bring our boat!

Our 3 night stay in October was great. The house is all that you could ask for. We visited with friends we haven't seen in 10 years. Sitting on the deck overlooking the lake and watching the squirrels was very relaxing. Playing pool (lst time in over 20 years) was hilarious. The area was a beautifiul place to visit and we would definitly recommend this house to our friends.

Beautiful home with every amenity! We have rented homes at Lake Keowee before but this time decided to try the other side of Clemson. Glad we did! This is a great house and while it is serene and quiet, it is not far from what you need. My only 'problem' is that my beloved Tigers lost the football game! Oh well. This location has easy access to Clemson, Pendleton, and Anderson. We even made it to Commerce GA to the outlet malls in 45 minutes. House is bigger than it appears and very nicely decorated. We ate in a few times and went out the rest - I would highly recommend this house! We will remember this one the next time we need a place in the Clemson area.

We stayed at the house on Laurel Lane for a week in May and it was everything and more we could have hoped for. Beautifully decorated with every amenity you could want, you get a "come on in and stay a while" vibe the minute you walk through the door. We spent the first hour just exploring the house and grounds and then settled in to cook dinner and play pool. Our favorite rooms were the bonus room and screened in porch on the lower level but the view of the lake in the morning from the club chairs in the living room is pretty special. I am looking forward to another week there in August for a girls' getaway!

We fell in love completely and joke that if we had a child, we hope it would be a girl bc we would have to name her Laurel. The house has amazing charm but be prepared to be chaperoned by the Duke (the largest piece of artwork is this looming picture of John Wayne). lol.

Our stay was everything we thought it would be. The house is very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The family pictures around make it feel like a home rather than a rental. We loved the view from the porches, especially the sunrise in the mornings. This is a wonderful property and if we are in the Anderson area again, we will definitely come back.

My family came in from Ohio recently and since our house isn't big enough to comfortably sleep all of them we rented this lake house. It was beautiful inside and out. It definitely exceeded our expectations! We all had such a nice time relaxing in the house and boating on the lake. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone!

We loved this lake home and lake. It was a great family home and great place for a wonderful vacation. Our son recently graduated high school and it was so nice to have a family vacation. It was so relaxing, the lake was beautiful and the home exceeded our expectations. Our entire family loved spending time together, whether it was tubing, swimming, fishing or relaxing on the dock. I would recommend this vacation home to anyone looking for a great vacation. We have rented a couple of lake houses before but this was the best by far! Thanks for a great family vacation!!

We rented this place for a week. After many lay offs and overloaded and stressed out at work I needed a relaxing vacation. This was the PERFECT place. I have rented other cabins/homes before , this one by far was the most relaxing place so far. You dont have to go anywhere , just sit back , boat , swim and relax. My daughter , son , daughter in law and 18 month old grandson went with us, and the really great thing about this home , is we ALL had our own space, nice to be together yet able to zone out on your own as well. And Lake Harwell is a awesome lake. I would trade my home in a heart beat for one on the this lake.

Our stay was simply magical -- we were looking for a special environment in which to celebrate our daughter's graduation and experience a family holiday. What we found at Laurel Lane was far more than we imagined. This beautiful home provided a stunning backdrop to one of the most memorable times our family has ever enjoyed together. From the rustic, tastefully appointed furnishings and decor, to the pretty, yet functional kitchen, to the gameroom/bar and outdoor hot tub, this home beckoned us at every turn to relax, settle in and indulge in life's little pleasures. If love is the thread that binds a family, then the sweeping natural beauty of Lake Hartwell is the tie that links all of the above to make a stay at Laurel Lane a perfect -- and perfectly wonderful -- choice for a family vacation. Thanks, Mark, for sharing your lovely lake house with us!

We recently rented this beautiful home for a too brief family reunion with our children and grandchildren. This is the first time we have all been together! We had a wonderful time visiting with each other, and this home was simply perfect for us all. My husband fell in love with your hot tub and would like to know make/model if you have that info available. He said it is simply the very best one he has ever been in and was completely relaxed when he got out of it. The pool table was a huge hit with my kids and the decks upper and lower were a big plus, especially when the rain started up! Thank you very much for your hospitality and we hope to visit again next year!

This was a home well suited to our needs. Comfortable, with a lot of space for individuals. The best was the four club chairs in the main living area. It was always occupied. Loved the hot tub, loved the lake (even took a dip in October). Beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped. Would be great to have a guest book that included nearest grocery store (less than 10 min away) and other nearby things. Also include how to turn on the outside lights so it's safe to get to the hot tub (which was just awesome). Will definitely go again.

We enjoyed a terrific long weekend at this beautiful lake home! Everything was perfect inside and out. We love that area of the lake for recreation and it's a fun boat ride to Clemson. Everyone enjoyed the dock, the hot tub, shooting pool and grilling on the deck. Someone did an awesome job decorating; the home is very warm and inviting. Thanks for a wonderful weekend!

Four of my girlfriends and I spent a weekend in October here to scrapbook. The house was so cozy and had everything we needed. It is beautifully decoraed, had very comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen. We ate all our meals outside on the deck and had a truly relaxing weekend scrapbooking while enjoying views of the lake! We would definetely come back again and recommend it to our friends!!

This beautiful home helped complete our perfect summer vacation this year. We had a wonderful week at the house... or should I say in the water! I don't think our 3 boys were dry the entire week. This house has everything you need and more. We're already talking about how this will be our "second home". Being a boater, these are some of the best and funnest waterways I've ever been on. Some of the finishing touches include the hot tub at night, the spectacular views and extremely quiet surroundings. Coffe and tea in the mornings will never be the same as it was on the deck overlooking Lake Hartwell... well, at least not until next year!

The 3 days we stayed at the lake house where wonderful. The home floorplan is excellent for a family of 5, and everything we would need was provided. The location is perfect on the lake (marina nearby), and 5 miles to the supermarket. We would recommend the home to anybody, peace and quiet. Looking forward to doing this again next year!

We spent a week here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is spacious, comfortable and was well equipped. (We appreciated not having to rush out to buy small necessities like dish & laundry soap, TP, coffee filters, salt & pepper etc.) Our favorite spot was the huge screened porch where we were content to relax, eat and nap in the hammock. It was a treat being able to stop half way up the steps to spend a few minutes in the hot tub recovering from what was sometimes quite a climb (particularly after a brisk swim.) The lake's clear deep water was especially enjoyable coming from the Bay area! We rented a pontoon boat for the week and explored extensively enjoying the islands for picnics and tubing up the various arms. We really appreciated the deep, clear, weedless water! We'd like to come back and hopefully might be lucky enough to stay at #118 Laurel Lane again! It's a lovely home and perfect for a peaceful vacation away from daily hustle and bustle. It even appealed to my two teenage daughters!

What a delightful way to spend a 4 day weekend! We rented a boat for a lovely day on the lake Sunday.... spent Saturday tail-gating in Clemson and the rest of the time enjoying the view from the fabulous, over sized, screened in porch or playing pool. The pictures of this home can't do it justice. The rooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable. Large sofas and chairs and comfy beds. The kids loved snuggling into the soft throws as they watched movies. Had a wonderful time....Thanks for sharing your second home with us.

My husband and I rented the lake house with two other couples last August and enjoyed every minute there. We brought our own boat and enjoyed the easy access and wonderful location of the house in relation to the lake. The hot tub fit 6 comfortably and was a great way to end our day on the lake. We all loved it so much we have decided to make this our annual vacation spot.
