Built in BBQ and outdoor poolside covered dining area with ceiling fans and stereo speakers provide outdoor entertaining at its best. House is elevated from the golf cart path on the 8th fairway of the beautiful Arnold Palmer golf course for added privacy and 100 yards from the green for those who want to see if they make par.
Gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and has slab granite counter tops, all built-in appliances and a spacious family dining area. Separate bar area with built-in wine cooler is the center for indoor entertaining. Adjoining media room has large screen LCD HD TV with Surround Sound/DVD/VHS and extensive DVD/VHS libraries. Living room has self start gas log fireplace and built in stereo for indoor/outdoor enjoyment.
Master bedroom has king size bed, private sitting and TV area, walk-in closet, large marble tile master bath with dual sinks, extra large jacuzzi and luxurious dressing/makeup area. Second bedroom has cal king bed with private bath. Third bedroom has queen bed with private bath and walk-in closet. Fourth bedroom has queen bed with computer office including internet access, printer/fax/scanner and wireless internet throughout. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs, ceiling fans, new pillows and sheets with high thread counts. Bedrooms are all separated by other rooms for added privacy.
This vacation rental includes access to the beautiful Mountain View Country Club as a social guest. Dining facilities and sports bar are available for guest use with frequent special events. The fitness center, Spa, tennis, locker rooms w steam room, and community pool with lap lanes are also available for quest use at a nominal daily fee.

50% Deposit required to confirm reservation.
Security Deposit is between $1,000-$3,000. Refundable within 15 nts of departure.
Remaining Balance and $150 Cleaning Fee due 30 days Prior to Rental.
Any Electric or Gas Over $200 each/month Shall Be Paid By Renter.
10% Bed Tax on rentals of less than 30 days.
