The area

Holiday home for up to 12 people located in one of the smartest and most lively areas of Rome. We are exactly in the heart of the old Roman city, only 10 meters away from the splendid Piazza Navona, in Corso Rinascimento, characteristic street where you can find also the historical building of the Italian Senate (15th century) and the historical University S. Ivo alla Sapienza (14th century). The apartment is very well connected by public transport to all the other parts of the “Eternal City". In 5 minutes walking you can reach Campo dei Fiori, Piazza Farnese and the splendid 16th century building of the French Embassy, the Pantheon, Via Giulia with its elegant aristocratic homes and antiques workshops; it takes only 10 minutes to reach Trevi's Fountain and St. Peter's Church; Venice Square, the Roman Forum and the Colosseum are in a walking distance as well. The apartment is surrounded by characteristic boutiques, pizzerias and traditional Roman restaurants.
The apartment
It is a 130 square meter OPEN SPACE LOFT, located on the third floor with elevator of a 15th century building. The flat is very quiet and it is made up of a living room with sofa, one loft room with 2 double beds (one is above), a bathroom with tub and shower-head (no shower), a small but fully equipped kitchenette and other small spaces where it is possible to put additional beds. Air Conditioning, Sat TV, independent heating, telephone and internet access are provided for free. Another 4 people can be accommodated in the apartment next door (on the same landing, VRBO #202772).
It is ideal for families with 2/3/4 children or large parties of friends (no more than 1 couple).

Bed and bath linen are provided free-of-charge. English, Spanish and French are spoken. Guests will be given detailed maps of Rome and all the information necessary for a pleasant stay in Rome or eventual excursions outside the city.
How to get there:
From the airport
Taxi service:
Upon request a driver will pick you up at the airports of Fiumicino or Ciampino and drive you to the apartment. You can request this service by sending us an e-mail including your flight details.
From Leonardo da Vinci - Fiumicino airport, take the city train to Stazione Termini, from where you can take the bus number 64 in the direction of St. Peter’s Church, stopping at Corso Vittorio Emanuele, after 9 stops at “Sant’Andrea della Valle” bus stop. Than take Corso Rinascimento (100 meters). The total duration of the trip from the airport to the apartment is about 40 minutes by taxi and about 1 hour and 1/2 with train and buses.
From Ciampino airport, take the CO.TRA.L bus near the Bus Arrivals to the “Anagnina” underground station, from which you should then take the underground to Roma Termini station. From here you can take the bus number 64 in the direction of St.Peter’s Church, stopping at Corso Vittorio Emanuele, after 9 stops at “Sant’Andrea della Valle” bus stop. Than take Corso Rinascimento (100 meters). The total duration of the trip from the airport to the apartment is about 40 minutes by taxi and about 1 hour and 1/2 with train and buses.
From the train station:
From Termini Station you can either take a taxi to the apartment or the bus number 64 in the direction of St.Peter’s Church, stopping at Corso Vittorio Emanuele, after 9 stops at “Sant’Andrea della Valle” bus stop. Than take Corso Rinascimento (100 meters). The total duration of the trip from the station to the apartment is about 15 minutes by taxi and about 30 minutes by bus.
