Ventana del Mar (Window to the Sea) is located in a quiet, gated community. There are sweeping panoramic views of the ocean and beaches to the north and south. The Playa Negra surf break is a short walk down the beach.
The house is fully equipped with a queen bed in the master bedroom and twin beds in the guest bedroom. There is also a loft with a futon that could sleep an additional two people. There are two bathrooms plus an outdoor shower in the private courtyard.
