Nestled in the dunes between South Beach and the 17th fairway, this ocean view home offers a main floor that has an open great room and kitchen as well as two bedrooms with two full baths on opposite sides of the house. Each downstairs bedroom has one queen bed and one twin bed and its own screen porch which connects to the main curved deck.
The master suite is on the second floor along with the master bath with double sink, Corian vanity, shower and Jacuzzi tub. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a balcony facing the ocean, and panoramic views of the island.
On the ground level, there is a two cart garage and a large enclosed outdoor shower.

The house, location and amenities exceeded our expectations. This was the perfect vacation house for our girls week at the beach. There was plenty of room to relax as a group or to get away for quiet time - both indoor and outdoor space. Bikes and carts were great. Proximity to beach, club and market were very convenient. We loved everything about BHI and this house.

We just finished our 3rd visit to this house on the island. It was another wonderful trip! The house is set up very well to accommodate our family and babysitter. All bedrooms have a private bath and having the option of both clubs is a plus. The owners are great to work with and always check in to ensure you have everything you need.

This was my family's sixth consecutive summer spent at BHI. This, by far, was the best experience! In the past we have stayed all over the island, i.e., oceanfront, creek view, maritime forest, etc. This home is in the perfect location...just minutes to the beach, store, pools, golf etc. The overall layout of the home was perfect for our family of four, however, was plenty large enough for more people. The kitchen was equipped with everything anyone could need and the outdoor space was phenomenal. I wholeheartedly recommend this home to anyone who is traveling to BHI. The owners were not only easy to work with, but so invested in making sure we had a great time! We DEFINITELY want to stay here again. Thank you Vaughans!

We have stayed at many houses on BHI. This one is our favorite. There are views from every part of the home. The outside deck is huge and the furniture is very comfortable. The house is laid out perfectly for families. The TV's in the kids rooms are great. The deck off the master bedroom has amazing views of the ocean and island. Great place for late afternoon. The owners could not have been better.

My group of six adults loved this house. Its location offers a feeling of seclusion while still being just steps from the beach. The deck is terrific - huge, with comfortable furniture and a view of the ocean. Three bedrooms, each with its own bath, is a perfect setup for a group of couples. The living space is comfortable and nicely furnished. Two golf carts, including a six-seater, are highly convenient. We used the bikes, the beach chairs, the deluxe outdoor shower. The wireless Internet access was very helpful. The owners are very friendly and clearly interested in assuring that guests have a good rental experience. We are frequent BHI visitors who hope to return to this property!

Family Friendly house. Love the move collection after a long day at the beach! The house is well set up for a family visit: 2 carts, several Bikes, games, and TV's in every room. Great view and cocktail place for the two of us off the master bed. Easy to get to the beach and to the market (Ice Cream shop). Owners are very easy to work with and accommodating to work within your schedule. Many fond memories and continued return trips.
