The house is newly decorated in '08 with designer fabrics. Kitchen is updated with new appliances. Swimming, surfing, sunning,and shelling is just out the front door while swimming, crabbing, kayaking, fishing, boating are right out the back door. You will find the beach in Inlet Harbour is less crowded, and the short walk to the point is absolutely fabulous.

Our family spent Spring Break 2011 here. What an awesome time!!! The location is ideal; the dock to the rear of the house, and steps to the ocean. The private community with the gated access is ideal and extremely safe. Ice cream trucks, motor cycles, and general traffic are not allowed (according to the gate security guard, Bruce). The kids can come and go to the ocean and the house with no worries. The house is spacious and comfortable and the kids loved the second floor loft. We fished of the dock and the ocean front and caught 10-12 lbs Redfish that we had for dinner one night!! Thanks Joanna, we will be back again.. and again. Shaun and Jane, Virginia

I have been traveling to the beach for years and this place is perfect for my family of 5 plus another family of 6 that travels with us. The house is beautiful and spacious. The beach is convenient and my kids love to play on the dock and the beach behind the house collecting fiddler crabs and throwing cast nets and especially feeding the white heron that hangs around waiting on a handout. We kept our 26' boat and a smaller 21' boat on the dock when we stayed and had plenty of room. I was comforted by the security guard gate in front of the house slowing traffic down to a stop where my kids could cross to the beach safely. Thanks so much to Joanna for being friendly and helpful.
