You are invited to experience Santa Cruz at the "Seabright Cottage". This beautiful single family home has a spacious, sunny interior; a perfect place for relaxation and vacation comfort. Our "Cottage" is close to many Santa Cruz attractions with a central Harbor location. The famous Seabright Beach is 2 blocks away. Well-known local eateries and coffee shops are within minutes. You can park your car for this vacation!

In our living room, kick back in comfortable furniture, enjoy the gas fireplace,or watch TV/Cable/DVD's in a bright and cheery atmosphere.

The dining room is adjacent to a fully stocked kitchen, with lots of counter space.

Upstairs is the Master Bedroom, outside deck, walk-in closet, and bathroom. Adjacent to the Master Bedroom is a loft with a comfortable futon, and a TV.

The downstairs Bedroom has a bunk with twin on top, and double on the bottom. Wonderful for kids and/or a family. A full bath completes the picture.

Exit the back door to a quiet garden patio, complete with an outdoor shower! What a great way to clean up after a day at the beach.

  • The cottage was delightful and the location was perfect for us. We really enjoyed the quaint little neighborhood there. It was nice & quiet yet within a short walking distance to good food and the beach. It was also quite evident that someone has put a lot of thought into making the cottage a comfortable place to stay. Next time we get a chance to visit Santa Cruz. This will be the first place we look into.

  • I just wanted to send you a note to thank you for sharing your house with us. We all had a wonderful, relaxing weekend. We did quite a bit of walking and visited with a few neighbors along our walk. We couldn't have asked for more beautiful weather. The house was perfect and very comfortable. We all felt quite at home.

  • My girlfriends and I stayed at the Seabright Cottage and had the most amazing time! It was better than I could have possibly imagined with the beach and the brewery literally a stroll down the street. There are no words to describe how perfect the location was and how inviting the home was. I would recommend it to anyone who loves the beach and Santa Cruz!

  • My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay at the Seabright Cottage. The location is incredible, we walked to the beach and the Santa Cruz Brewery, which had great food and beer. I highly recommend using this vacation rental and will be renting again there soon.
