All of the three bedrooms are very spacious and deserve to be called "master suite." When you arrive with your friends, there is no need to haggle over the best room - they are all the best! All of them feature high arched windows and glass doors, allowing the free view of the sunrise in the morning while you are still lounging in bed, to the glorious sunset above the water in the evening.

The French doors in the two bedrooms on the first floor lead out onto the patio, while the French doors in the second floor bedroom lead out onto the balcony overlooking the water. One bedroom features a private courtyard with a heated spa. White Bahama shutters prevent others from catching a glimpse of you relaxing and enjoying yourself.

The living area consists of an elegant room with an English fireplace, very open and airy atmosphere, soaring ceilings, tile floors, and a wall of sliders leading out to the pool area. Once opened, the entire patio becomes part of the living area. Two steps lead down from the patio to the large pool. A new technology allows us to keep the water clean without any chemicals or chlorine. Dive in and enjoy the cool water on your sun-soaked skin.

Your vacation home is situated on a wide canal with sailboat access to the Gulf of Mexico. There is a dock with boat lift, and the boat is available for you! The 29’ Sea Ray Sundancer has two 4.3-liter engines and is truly the Mercedes Benz of all sport boats. Seating six comfortably, the boat is equipped well above the standard equipment and features auto pilot, GPS, fish finder, radar, radio, headlights, electric anchor, etc. A luxurious trip to the river or to one of the islands is thereby guaranteed, and may well become just one of many unforgettable experiences of your Florida vacation!
