Beach house is filled with charm. Great for small parties and couples,but not suitable for toddlers under age 5. Sleeps up to 8 people, 2 queen bed, 1 queen-size blow up mattress, 2 twin-size rollaway beds.
Floor to ceiling windows allow you to look at the beach 24/7. And it is a beautiful beach filled with nature. The sand is soft under your feet and the waves are small at the shore,great for swimmer. But the waves further our are perfect for boogie boarders and beginning surfers.
The beach patio is fantastic. Even has a light that lights up the beach. Benches, chairs, fountain, fire-pit, and chiminea are found here.
If it gets windy, the courtyard is a great place to retire to with your margarita in hand. It is very private, totally enclosed. Turn on the stereo and listen to XM radio outside. Burn a fire in the outdoor fireplace and sit on the benches of the picnic table under the umbrella. Gas Barbecue is here as well.
The inside of the house is beautifully decorated and has so much to offer for your comfort.
The kitchen has everything you may need for cooking that gourmet meal. There is fresh drinkable water at each sink and a fresh water ice maker. Very unique.
2 TV's, one upstairs and one downstairs with Direct TV including movie channels- Starz and Encore. OF course a DVD and VCR with a library for your use.
The deck upstairs is a night place just to sit and relax.
Breakfast with the dolphins in the morning. Walk the beach. Take in the spectacular sunrises and sunsets or just gaze at the night sky which is filled with stars and wonder.
This is a great vacation spot. And this is a great home for you to enjoy yourself in.
