THIS HOUSE HAS IT ALL. Spacious and beautiful are two words that come to mind when describing this 4 bedroom 3 bath two story raised beach house. This beautiful home is located within a gated community with 24 hour security.
This house has EVERYTHING TO COMPLETE YOUR VACATION and make you feel like your home away from home!
TILE FLOOR in the kitchen, STAINLESS STEEL APPLIANCES and GRANITE COUNTERTOPS. DOUBLE OVENS, and EVERY GADGET YOU DESIRE FOR YOUR COOKING NEEDS.
There is a QUEEN BEDROOM located on the first floor as well as a FULL BATH and a laundry area. Plenty of room for sitting and eating with the family. The breakfast bar seats plenty and there is also a table that seats four. If you're in the mood to sit outside, there is also patio furniture on the spacious deck. The den has a BIG SCREEN TV WITH DVD/VCR for sitting back and having some time together watching your favorite TV show or movie before everyone retires to their own bedrooms.
Upstairs you will find another QUEEN BEDROOM, another bathroom with a shower and a bunk room. Kids love this bunk room. Two sets of bunks, (twin on twin) enough for four of your little ones to feel big enough to have their own room but only steps from mom and dad.
Then you have the MASTER SUITE...and how "suite" it is! Beautiful king size bed, sitting area, walk in closet and large bath. Double vanity with granite countertops and private toilet area. Large 5 foot shower also allows for room to just relax and wash the care of the day and the world away momentarily. The Master Suite also has private access to the covered upper deck for enjoying some alone time with that special person, morning coffee away from everyone else or just sitting and reading your favorite book or magazine.
ALL BEDROOMS HAVE FLAT SCREEN TV's except for the bunk room.
If this isn't enough to make you want to choose this house for your vacation needs...it's nice to know that the house is located in a quiet section of the park. There is a fence behind the house with a small area for children to play. Close to Sand Dollar Lake...go fishing, feed the ducks or just sit on the park bench and watch the turtles and swans.
Don't forget to bring the bikes. You and your children will love biking around this community. Feeling hungry and don't want to cook? Vist one of the three snack bars for some of the best burgers, fries and ice cream on the beach. Oh yea, the BEACH....Whether you are biking around or using the famous golf cart mode of transportation, the beach is only minutes away....and you have almost a mile of private beach to soak up those rays or play in the waves. After a full day of excitement and enjoying time with your family and friends, its nice to know you have a big beautiful fully furnished beach house to come home to. Don't want to take the sand from the beach inside....so for your convenience...there is an outside shower for you to wash off before going upstairs. The stairs going up to the house are covered, just in case it's raining when you're bringing in the groceries.
