Make your visit to Arizona an experience you will never forget with your own private resort. There are 3 custom built homes located on a very private 1.5 acre lot in prestigious North Scottsdale surrounded by the best golf courses, shopping, and restaurants in the state. They are 5 minutes to the TPC (Phoenix Open) and 35 minutes from Cardinal Stadium. These homes are available separately or together for large groups. They are ideal for reunions, golf groups or corporate gatherings.
(Main House) This unique custom built feng shui 4 br/3 bath home has 15 ft. ceilings, adobe brick walls, indoor fireplace, authentic Mexican furnishings, stained concrete floors, surround sound inside and out, TV’s throughout and much more. Outside there is a large covered patio with satellite TV, BBQ, bar, fireplace, 2 propane heaters, fire pit, and even a large rock fountain. The views are incredible, and the white lights in the lush landscaping make it look like your own private resort. It also has an eight-person hot tub for you to relax in, and the views from the tub are to die for.
We also have two authentic Adobe brick guest homes on the property for larger groups. We conduct retreats on this property so there is plenty of beds/bedding to assure that your guests are comfortable. This home is great for entertaining and because it is so secluded, you will not have to worry about any neighbors. Each unit has high speed wireless internet, washer/dryer, and access to the 8-person hot tub overlooking the beautiful palm trees, and saguaro cactus landscaping. We also have an 80 sq. ft. playhouse, which is great for kids or can act as a separate bedroom. It has heat/AC, satellite TV, and more.
(Small Casita) There is a 1-bed/1 bath casita (1200 sq. ft.) that sleeps at least 4. It has a large open floor plan with 20 foot ceilings, all new appliances, rustic wood cabinets and doors, and a California king pillow-top sleigh bed that might just be the most comfortable bed you have ever slept in. It has a large covered patio with BBQ, bar, fireplace, bonfire pit, and propane heater. A 46 inch Sony HD TV with surround sound and Xbox.
(Large Casita) The larger casita is 2-bed/1 bath (1800 sq. ft.), which sleeps at least 6-8. It has a large gourmet kitchen and enormous bedrooms, indoor fireplace, and large TV’s throughout. Outside is a 100 ft wrap around patio with couches, dining table, BBQ, outdoor fireplace, propane heaters, and incredible sunset views.
If the thought of staying in a cheaply-made, poorly decorated, small yard, on top of your neighbors, condo or sub-division home does not excite you, this is the property for you. This property is truly one of a kind and you'll even enjoy the landscaping which consists of hundreds of the plants, trees, and cacti that make Arizona such a beautiful place to visit.
This is an upscale property in one of the nicest areas in the state and we only accept respectful well-behaved tenants. We do not allow weddings, bachelor parties, or rowdy groups. If this is you, please find another place to stay.
