This family home, with its open floor plan, is ideal for a relaxing vacation in the Keys.
As you enter the house on the second level you are met with a comfortable family room which features a large screen HDTV flat panel television with DirectTV. You have a full kitchen that opens up to the dining area. The second level also has two bedrooms. The first bedroom has 3 twin size beds (a set of bunk beds as well as a trundle bed). The second bedroom has a queen size bed and sliding glass doors that open to a wooden deck with views of the bay. The second level also has a full size bathroom with a tub/shower as a full size washer and dryer.
From the kitchen, a back door opens to a wooden deck which is an ideal conversation area with a view of the bay. This is the same wooden deck that is accessible from the second bedroom. Stairs leading from the deck take you to the ground floor.
A spiral staircase in the family room takes you to a loft before entering the master suite on the third level. The loft, which overlooks the family and dining rooms, has a built in desk on each side of the staircase, an ideal place for setting up your laptop computer.
The master suite has a king size bed with a walk-in-closet and sliding glass doors that open to a balcony. The master bath has a jacuzzi tub with jets, a separate shower, as well as his and her sinks.
The ground level of the house has an additional full bedroom and bath with a separate entrance. (These guest quarters will be made available to renters on an as needed basis, depending on the number of guests.)
Additionally, the beautifully landscaped ground level also has 2 hammocks, perfect for an outdoor nap, a heated pool with a separate jacuzzi with jets, a gas barbecue for outdoor grilling, and a covered carport. There is also a circular driveway in front of the house.
