Come in and enjoy our fabulous three bedroom, three full baths, Gulf front pet friendly penthouse! Our unit has a very open and spacious floor-plan, with floor to ceiling glass, 9’ ceilings, state of the art kitchen with granite countertops, master suite with a separate glass shower and a whirlpool tub overlooking the Gulf. We have an over sized, circular balcony where you can enjoy the salty breezes and the spectacular view of the Gulf.
The master and second bedroom both have king beds and the third bedroom has 2 queens. There are TVs in each bedroom.
Beach Colony Resort consists of three towers secured by electronic gates. It is a very upscale condominium with coded elevators for added privacy, 3 pools, clay tennis courts, an outdoor hot-tub and over 11 acres on the Beach! We are conveniently located on the East end of Perdido Key between Gulf Shores/Orange Beach and Pensacola. Restaurants, the Naval Museum, golf courses and shopping are just minutes away. Yet, we feel like we are removed from the hustle and bustle of other resort areas. Perdido is a quaint, sleepy, lovely resort community.
This unit may require a Saturday to Saturday reservation from June to August.

Our family just stayed 6 nights at this luxurious penthouse! I wish we could have stayed longer. The pictures do not do enough justice. Every room was spacious and beautiful. Being on the 18th floor gives a glorious view of the Gulf. We had two adults and 4 children (ranging in age from 10 to 17 years) staying in this penthouse. There was more than enough room for everyone, and with 3 bathrooms we had no problems with scheduling showers, etc. If we had to complain about anything, it would be that the main door lock needs some work. We thought we were never going to get in the first night when we arrived. Once we figured out the secret on how to jiggle the key, we managed just fine. I would call this more of an annoyance than anything else. The location is great and there was always plenty of room on the beach. We never felt like we were crowded in any way. The kids used the pool when the surf was too rough one day and had a great time. I would highly recommend this place for anyone. It is certainly one of the nicest places we have stayed in as a family.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children.

We stayed in this 3/3 the last week of March 2012. This was our 4th stay in Beach Colony and 5th in Perdido Key FL, we will never go anywhere else in North FL and will always use Key Concepts Realty to book them. This unit was great as were all the others, this one had a phenomenal view from the 18th floor and the owner was right around the corner to answer any questions. TOP NOTCH. See you soon.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

The property is great. Not brand new but very nice. Pretty pool. Kids love the indoor pool and hot tub. The unit was very nice. Needed some rugs in bedrooms but may have added that by now. It was newly refurbished. Very spacious and we we enjoyed very much.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

My family and I recently stayed in this unit and definitely enjoyed the space and the view. It is located close to shopping, great restaurants, and other family activities. Prospective renters should be prepared to bring or buy whatever ingredients you may need for cooking (spices -- including salt & pepper, oils, condiments, etc.). We had to make a few trips to the store to buy things we felt should have been supplied already, such as garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, and laundry detergent (to wash the towels before check-out as was requested in the rental agreement). Bring your own beach chairs or be prepared to rent them on the beach. If you have kids, bring your own pool and beach toys, floats, etc. I hope the kitchen will soon be upgraded to be on par with the rest of the unit! Overall, we enjoyed our vacation.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway.

This condo has a fantastic Penthouse view, great layout, esp the master suite/bath and balcony area accessible from master bedroom or den. The living area is very spacious and clean.The unit is very well insulated or our neighbors were quiet, as we did not hear noise thru the walls from other condos. There are only 3-4 units on each floor so there is a more intimate and upscale feel to the resort. The location at the end of Perdido Beach has great restaurants just over and under the bridge to Pensacola-Our family esp enjoyed The Oyster Bar-very nice and Fisherman's Corner-more casual.We also went to Gulf Shores Steamer which has opened another location in San Roc Cay towards Orange Beach. A new Publix and also a Winn Dixie are at the bridge as well-we like the Publix better, with a Walmart and Target 5 miles further.Joe Patti's Seafood Market is just 15-20 mins. away in Pensacola.. If your owner allows pets, there is a petwalk area at the resort, grills and a well equipped exercise room. We had a few maintenance issues which the management did their best to resolve as promptly as they could.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.
