Step out one of the numerous sliding glass doors to the extensive pool area set right at the edge of the ocean to enjoy two Tiki huts that seat 16, numerous chaise lounges, swing, hammock, and commercial gas BBQ grill. The extensive deck area offers perfect opportunities to watch schools of dolphins swim by, manatees or drop a line right from the edge of the deck to catch record size Tarpon. Along side the house is a separate Tiki Hut which features two queen beds, living room with pub table and four stools, TV, A/C, and refrigerator.
The second floor consists of a beautiful custom oak kitchen featuring a six burner Jenn_Air cooktop with indoor grill, double convection ovens, dual Sub Zero refrigerators, wet bar, ice maker, and breakfast nook overlooking the ocean. This floor also features a dining room with seating for 10, living room with fireplace and wet bar, a family room (with 60” TV) virtually surrounded by glass, 2 bedrooms….both with their own private baths.
The large covered balcony overlooking the pool is perfect for getting out of the sun and enjoying the ocean breezes. Walk up the spiral staircase to the third floor….a true masterpiece in this home. It doesn’t get any better than this! The entire third floor is dedicated to a master suite complete with living room with large screen TV, wet bar with refrigerator, his and her master baths…one with a huge garden tub and the other features a Jacuzzi bath tub.
Adjacent to the master suite is a guest room with double and twin bed. Ideal for the smaller members of the family. Watch the sun rise from the elevated king size bed. Step out to sun bathe on your own private verandah with ocean views for miles and miles!

Dearest Ann, We had the most wonderful time at the house! Nothing could possibly have been better-even the constantly changing weather! We experienced everything except a hurricane and loved every exciting change of it! The pool was so perfect for us all, I don't have words for it. I didn't realize HOW perfect it was going to be-so it was a lovely surprise. Your staff is just terrific!! We adored Bridget and Tony. We think you made a great choice in hiring Tony - he's just the greatest guy. Dear John & Ann, Our week at your house in Islamorada passed much too quickly, but what a beautiful week it was! Everybody had a wonderful time. Wendy and I felt it was the most relaxing vacation we have had. It truly is a little piece of heaven you have there. Expectations were very high and I am pleased to say they were all met or exceeded. Talking with everyone after returning home the conversation always became "are we doing it again next year?" So I am fairly certain that you will be seeing us again next year. (Maybe for 2 weeks) I would also be remiss if I did not say a few words about your property manager, Tom. As an employer, I know how difficult it is to find someone to represent you and your business in your absence. Rest assured that Tom did a wonderful job representing you in a professional manner while still making us feel that we were getting special treatment, almost family like, certainly like good friends.
