This is one killer location: right in the middle of South Beach at 6th St and Meridian...so you can walk to everything in 1-5 minutes!

Brand new very upscale 2nd floor $250,000+ studio condo which was designer decorated in a NYC loft theme; with a FULL SIZE kitchen so you can cook a real meal if you wish (not some mini kitchenette like so many other condos for rent on the internet offer with a "hot plate and mini fridge")...ugh!
There are thick granite countertops and backsplash in the full size kitchen, custom built in countertop top loading designer dishwasher, custom W/D built in under counter, built in microwave, 6 bottle wine cooler, full size stainless steel fridge with ice maker, full size stainless steel stove/oven, designer dishware, glasses, and cookware/utensils. Everything you need to cook and serve a deluxe gourmet meal if you wish is provided in the rental!
A custom space saver queen size "Murphy-bed" closet is installed with a "Sealy Posture-Pedic" mattress. When you are through sleeping, you just fold it up into the closet and your living space area is doubled! There is also a full size sleeper sofa for sleeping a third adult as well (for an extra fee).
Our designer bathroom has imported travertine tile walls and floor, rainfall showerhead and glass shower enclosure, European low profile toilet, and a European designer sink. We even provide a wall mounted hair dryer for your use! Plus plenty of fluffy towels and bath mats too.
Included in the rental is FREE DSL Internet connection (so bring your laptop); cable color TV/DVD with a DVD movie library, central air conditioning, Euro ceiling fan, Brazilian hardwood floors, & large walk in closet for all your clothes storage. .
Again, this is one really super location in True South Beach fashion: just 3 blocks from the famous Lummus Park Beach, just 1 minute walk to all the famous restaurants and clubs, but at the same time located in a quiet tree lined residential area away from the very loud noises and traffic congestion of Ocean Drive and Washington Ave.
(In #205 studio you can actually get a good nights sleep on a busy Friday/Saturday night due to our quiet location; also being located on the 2nd floor of just a 2 level building means not hearing footsteps above your head when trying to sleep! No elevator noises either!)
You can easily walk to everything SoBe has to offer in just 1-5 minutes max...It's the best of all worlds!

Why the Owner Chose Moulin Rouge
We looked extensively around for the best upscale condo value and location in South Beach in our search to buy. We found it. During the remodeling process the entire building went through a major renovation, where it was taken down to the bare wall studs. Then EVERYTHING was installed brand new! So many places we inspected in SoBe were renovations "on the surface", but still had the old plumbing and wiring from the 1950's, or just a new coat of paint. We wanted to be directly in the heart of SoBe so you can walk to everything, but did not want to hear the horns and loud music of Washington Ave or Ocean Drive.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
You don't need a car when staying at our condo! We love the close proximity to the Lummous beach (just 3 blocks!) and the ability to walk to it, along with all the superb restaurants and nightclubs in this true SoBe location (south of 10th). Being on the 2nd floor of a 2 story building means NO ELEVATOR noises, and no footsteps ABOVE your head while trying to sleep at night...very nice feature if you have stayed at other condo conversions where you can hear your neighbor flush their toilets or the tap tap tap of their high heels on the wood floors in the condo above you while are trying to relax...ugh!

I own several vacation rental properties (some in the caribbean island of Sint Maarten) where for the past 13 years have listened to what previous guests have asked for in the way of amenities while vacationing. Thus the reason why so many past guests have high praises for our #205 studio condo. I outfitted the condo the way I would want it to be if I stayed there as a vacationer. The little details are what makes the big difference between ours and all the others. It is truly a very nice to stay for a couple of nights, 2 weeks, or a month!
