I was not looking for a unit, but when I saw this place, I had to have it. I could not believe the location and the fact that it is probably the only true new residential buliding on Duval St made it that much better. Then on top of all that, the building has its own beautiful private gated parking lot!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
This location is centrally located. Every great restaurant and two beaches are walking distance. If you want to party on Duval, you can crawl home to a soundproof home and sleep in total peace. Mornings on the balcony overlook beautiful treetops.

We stayed here for Fantasy Fest 2009. Everything worked and the place was clean. Nice place overall.

My husband, me, and another couple spent 10 days in the condo. The location was awesome and private parking a bonus. The interior was very nice and we enjoyed having our morning coffe on the balcony above Key Lime Square. We were grateful for the washer and dryer since the trip was 10 days. We didn't have to bring a ton of clothes. Tyler and Jerry were very helpful and met any needs we had. We are hoping to come back again next spring and would love to book this condo again if it is available then. Thanks for a great place. It made our trip that much more enjoyable!

This was a great place to stay..... We were able to walk to everything, yet it was far enough away so that it was quiet.. I would suggest this place to any one and i will be going back soon.

The condo worked great for us. The location is awesome. The parking is great (even though we didn't leave very often!). The condo was clean and nice. The photos accurately reflect the appearance. We were very happy with the property. Thank You!

Perfect location, very central to everything. Walk to Fort Zachary State Park (beach) or stroll down Duval and head to Mallory Square. Just off the street enough that there is plenty of privacy and quite. Very updated appliances and furniture. We came in late so the owners Fed Ex the key to our house in Colorado (Thanks!) We had a great time and will be back for sure.
