Our Unit 116 is centrally located @ Pelican Isle. We are right above the Gulf-side heated pool and hot tub. Our vacation home is on the 2nd level above the parking garage. This makes it easy to get to by either the elevator or the stairs.

This beautifully decorated condominium includes large living area and kitchen with a quaint breakfast bar for entertaining. The Master bedroom has a king-size bed and private bathroom. Tile floors throughout this unit make it easy to clean up. Two TV's with DVD/VHS players and the DVD in the living room has surround sound. Put the music on, sit on the balcony and enjoy.

In our bunk area, we just installed 15" LCD TV's with built in DVD players. The draw curtain makes for a quiet place for youngsters to relax, watch some TV and be in there own space.

There is a stacked washer/dryer in this unit and a complete kitchen with all the essentials to have that fish boil.

For those guests that have never visited the Ft Walton Beach/Destin vacation area. Okaloosa Island has several great restaurants-Old Bay Steamer, Pandora's, Fudpuckers, Anglers,and more. Okaloosa Golf Center has a driving range and nine hole, par three, golf course.

Beds	King Bed Bunk Bed: The Bunk area has two (2) 15" HD LCD TV's with built in DVD players. We've installed a curtain to give youngsters there own space. Convertible Bed: The queen size sofa bed can be pulled out for your added friends and family.
Entertainment	Cable/Satellite TV: There is a High speed cable modem also available at no cost. DVD (4) VCR (2) CD Player Stereo System Shared Hot Tub: The hot tub is right to the right looking from our balcony. It's within 20 feet of the gulf side heated pool. Shared Pool: Our pool is a shared pool along with the hot tub. We also do not supply beach towels, so please bring yours.
Kitchen	Full Kitchen: The kitchen is completely furnished. This includes flatware,cookware,dishes,glasses,etc. Cooking Utensils Provided Refrigerator Dishwasher Microwave Ice Maker
Outdoor Features	Charcoal BBQ Grill: The (2) charcoal grills are on the opposite side of the building. Balcony: On the balcony, there is a 4 chair pub set, this is so you have an unobstructive view of the ocean while relaxing on the balcony, watching the dolphins. That's right, we have dolphins. They travel everyday between 7&8 A.M. and then again between 4&5 P.M. Please, if you book our unit, bring your binoculars.
View/Location	Oceanfront: Our unit is within 200 ft of the Gulf of Mexico. The only thing between you and the beautiful emerald green water is the heated pool and the sand.
Communications	Telephone: The phone is for locals calls only. Broadband Internet
Other Amenities	Amenity Package is presented at check in. This includes Free Beach Chairs and passes to local activities.PLEASE ask about the amenities package, there's alot.
Suitability	No Pets Allowed Wheelchair Accessible Minimum Age Limit for Renters: You must be 25 years old to rent this property. Smoking Not Allowed: This issue is tough for me, I am a smoker. I don't smoke in my home and I smoke on the balcony when I stay at Pelican Isle. For those interested, there is always an ash tray, under the kitchen sink. If you must smoke, please go on the balcony to do it. Also, discard the smoking item in the ashtray, please don't butt it out on the Pub Table or throw it off the balcony, the heated pool is right below.
