Located in the Pitchfork subdivision conveniently located between town and Mt. CB, this home sits on the edge of the community and backs up to open space and ranch land. You are literally on the fenceline overlooking paradise! And with the free shuttle bus RIGHT down the street from the house, you can easily access town or the base area without needing your car.
As you enter the property you will immediately feel at home. The entryway leads into an open living and dining area with comfortable (yet high end) furnishings, a flat panel TV, gas fireplace, picture windows, and dining for at least 6 people. The open kitchen is right off of the dining area and offers everything imaginable for the most discerning of chefs, as well as views of Mt. Emmons and beyond.
Head upstairs and you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master bedroom has a queen bed, a comfortable lounge chair, black out shades, a private bath, and huge views of Mt. CB. The second bedroom has a queen bed with tons of space, which shares a full bathroom with the third bedroom that offers 2 additional twin beds.
If this isn't enough space for your family and friends, head downstairs to the full finished basement! Relax and read a book in the comfortable lounge chair or watch the game from the queen sized futon, which can also serve as additional sleeping for two. With another flat screen TV and a full bathroom with double shower heads, the basement offers everything you could need and more!
