Our 18th floor unit offers breathtaking views up and down the Gulf Coast as well as Seascape Golf Course and the Bay. The unit is only one year old and extremely well equipped including high-speed Internet access. The furnishings are Platinum rated and the kitchen comes complete with all the items necessary for a fun-filled vacation.
The resort complex offers two of the largest pools available in the area with one pool offering a variety of "kid-friendly" water features. The beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are just a short walk out the front of the building with convenient beach access. Seascape Resort offers golf, tennis, fitness center, and much more. Among other features, a weekly amenities package is included that provides; 40% discount on Golf at both Seascape and Emerald Dunes, 2 free beach chairs set-ups, kids eat free at pool side cafe with purchase of adult meal, 10% discount at Whales Tail and other Destin area restaurants.
The private balcony is accessible from both the living area and the master bedroom. The master bath has a double vanity and walk-in shower along with a jetted spa. There is a second bedroom with direct access to a full bath. There is also a pull-out couch in the living area. The separate bunk room is perfect for the kids. All rooms have a TV and DVD player.
Ariel Dunes is located 112 Seascape Drive in Miramar Beach between Sandestin and Destin. Close to the Outlet Malls and several restaurants.
