Our fully furnished vacation retreat has everything that you would want in a vacation home. Only 500 feet from the beach and bay, it is close to everything but yet far enough away to give you the peace and quiet when you want it.
This Monterey Court property is centrally located in Mission Beach on a quiet walk-through court with year-round residents. It is minutes away from Sea World and a 15 minute drive from the San Diego International Airport. The historical Belmont Park Rollercoaster and a wide variety of shops and locale restaurants are all within walking distance. Whether you’re “Seadoing” on Mission Bay, surfing on the beachfront, or just watching all the fun, there is always something to enjoy in Mission Beach.
Refurbished light bright and airy, the unit features double pane vinyl clad Milgard windows, maple cabinets, Corian countertops, crown molding, berber carpet and up-to-date furnishings. This upstairs retreat has its own balcony equipped with a barbecue and dining area. The living, dining, kitchen and patio spaces are all open creating a great room feel. You’ll find everything you need to cook meals just as if you were in your own home. The master bedroom features air conditioning and a comfortable California king pillow top bed. The second bedroom also has air conditioning and a pillow top queen bed, while the third room has two twin beds.
Your rental is fully furnished with every item to create a “home away from home feeling.” We’ve even supplied Boogie Boards, Beach towels and beach chairs for your convenience! Garage parking available for two cars. An additional carport is also available.
If you need more space, we can accommodate more people in our downstairs units. We can sleep up to 10 guests.
