Situated on a court and in a park-like surrounding, it is across from a nature preserve, Natural Bridges State Beach, home of tide pools and Monarch butterflies. A walk/bike path leads to the stunning beach and cliff path West Cliff Drive and to Wilder State Ranch, offering access to main tourist attractions as well as to many hiking and biking opportunities. Stores and restaurants are nearby.

In the tranquil, private setting of the garden, you can help yourself to apples, limes, peaches, and berries. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub and while sipping a glass of fine local wine, listen to the surf as the sun sets over the Pacific Ocean. Room Descriptions:

Master Suite:This lovely, large bedroom has views of the gardens from all windows and offers a separate space from the main living areas. It is appointed with a deluxe California King bed, elegant furnishings, original art, a sitting area, access to a patio and hot tub, full-length mirror, plentiful storage and closet space, DVD and a 22' Flat screen Cable TV. The space is south facing and stays light and sunny all day. The in-suite MBR bath is a spacious area that contains a vanity with double sinks, a large mirror, built-in closet with shelves, drawers and clothes rack, and a separate, private room with a window that contains a toilet and large, bright shower.

Guest Room Two: this is a cheerful, east-facing room. It has a garden view and is furnished with twin bunk beds, friendly art, a portable crib, storage cabinet for toys, and a closet.

Guest Room Three: an elegant room facing a quiet garden court, it is adjacent to the living room connected via a French door. It is north facing with a private and peaceful feeling and contains a full size bed, a writing table and can also be used as an office as it has phone and internet connections and plenty of space in the armoire.

The Hall bath/Powder Room was recently remodeled with marble and limestone accents, a vanity table with vessel sink, toilet, bath/shower combo and built-in storage.

The Kitchen is a bright, spacious south west facing area with a garden window and patio access. It contains an oven range, a fridge with ice maker and high volume freezer capacity, a dishwasher, double sinks, toaster oven, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, Fiestaware dishes and fine silverware to serve 12, plentiful bowls, serving dishes and quality serving ware, a CD/radio stereo system and an antique cabinet filled with matching stemware and colorful cordial glasses and a kitchen table.

The Living/Dining Room is a big, open, inviting multi-purpose area that is appointed with original art, an armoire containing games and books, a buffet table, a dining table, which expands to seat 12, a couch, a queen size sleeper sofa, a Panasonic 42" Flatscreen Cable TV with HBO, and a gas fireplace.
