Why the Owner Chose Kennebunkport
Gene Cape and I fell in love with Porpoise, Kennebunkport, and built our dream home here in 2004. We love living in the village of Cape Porpoise and we enjoying walking to the Wayfarer for brekfast where we sit and chat with locals and visitors.
Downtown Kennebunkport offers us fine dining when we desire it or fried clams from the Clamshack if that is what takes our fancy.
We love the local beaches and the diversity that this area has to offer.
and the ease of access it offers us to all parts of New England.
Due to a change in economic circumstances we are now renting our home through VRBO. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we have done.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Of course, we love our own backyard with it's spa like qualities of a gorgeous swimming pool and hottub. Upstairs we have a private hottub when we wish for some quietness and privacy.
The privacy of this property affords us the privacy and tranquility of Maine and all of it's wonderous wildlife. Sip coffee on the porch in the morning listening to the birds or enjoy a cocktail on the deck or by the pool and watch the animals and birds as they busily attend to their lives.
The area has beautiful beaches, fine dining, local lobster, antique shops, and the hospitality and friendliness of Maine
