It has a gourmet kitchen, dining with granite counter tops and ceramic tile floor. You will find new carpet throughout and a flat panel TV in the living room and in the sitting area. There is an additional TV in the loft area in front of the Master Bedroom. In the main stairway we have discovered a beautiful original brick wall under 4 layers of paneling and drywall.
There is a pool table with a ping-pong top in the living room. On each level is a full bath. On the second floor you will find the entertainment area with an 8ft movie screen with surround sound, bumper pool, games, and some DVD's. Also on the 2nd floor are 3 large bedrooms, another full bath and a half bath.
From this property, it is an easy 10 minute drive to Mad Mountain ATV and Snowmobile Rentals with direct trail access. Deer Mountain Ski Area and Terry Peak Ski Area are less than 10 minutes away. For your hiking pleasure, the Mickelson Trail runs right through Lead. You can be in Deadwood in the center of the action in 5 minutes. The public library, the YMCA (with racquet ball, pool, hot tub, large weight room and indoor walking track), the public park with tennis courts and picnic area, grocery store, discount store, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance.
