We fell in love with Hilton Head when we first visited. This beautiful ocean view villa's location couldn't be more perfect. You do not have to be bothered with carrying everything upstairs via elevator. Just drive to the front door, unload, and then park.
As you stand on the balcony, the breathtaking view of the ocean is just remarkable along with the sound of the waves. After stepping out of your own private balcony access, the ocean is less than one minute away.
Your children can play on the brand new playground equipment while you sit on the villa's balcony or the adjacent pavilion and sip coffee or read a good book. Everyone will also enjoy the three brand new pools that are heated when necessary and use the latest in salt water and not bleach. Also included is a tanning shelf and a toddler's toadstool pool.
Whether you choose to experience the endless shopping, fantastic restaurants, numerous golf courses, water sports, bikes on the beach or just experience a quiet getaway, memories will be created.

The Perfect Vacation!!

Our stay the first week in October, 2011 is the second time we've visited Hilton Head and also the second time we've stayed in this condo. The condo truly does feel like our home away from home. It is very open, spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen has everything you need should you decide on a home-cooked meal. The king-sized bed in the master suite is very comfy and the room has a nice sized walk-in closet which was great for storing our luggage and all of the extras we brought for our toddler. My husband and I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony listening to the waves and also sitting on the pavilion watching the sunrise/sunset. Our toddler enjoyed the playground (which is a few steps away from the balcony) and the kiddie pool (also just a short walk). When we weren't at the playground or at the pool we were on the beach (again, just a short walk). The overall atmosphere there is just great and every other guest we encountered was as friendly as could be. We couldn't ask for a better place to spend our vacation and we can't wait to return in April, 2012!!

My husband and I took our 2 year old to this rental for our 1st ever family vacation. We had an incredible time! The condo was very clean and spacious. Our son slept in the room with 2 twin beds and we were a little nervous about it at first because he'd never slept in a "big boy" bed before, but he did great. His room also had a tv which he loved having all to himself and the room was nice and dark so he slept well each night. Our room had a king sized bed with a tv of course and an adjoining patio to step out onto at night to have a glass of wine while we listened to the sound of the ocean and watched the stars. Every morning, our son would ask to go out onto the playground, which was visible from the living room of the condo. I could keep an eye on him from the condo because it was so close. He played out there every single day. When he wasn't on the playground, we were on the beach (which is right outside your door, all you have to do is step out and walk out to the pavillion). The pool is nearby also and has recently been renovated to include a large kiddie pool play area, a sun deck, and hot tub, which was nice. We also ate at some wonderful restaurants (our favorite being The Boathouse and Crazy Crab) and enjoyed shopping at the outlet stores. One day it rained and we went to a fun kids museum called The Sandbox and then later caught a movie. This condo is close to everything, yet quiet and private enough to be enjoyable. Highly recommend!
