Welcome to Heritage Palms Golf and Country Club...one of the most popular 36-hole golfing destinations in southwest Florida. Heritage Palms is conveniently located to Southwest International Airport, the Minnesota Twins spring training and is a short drive to Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach.
This second-story 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo unit overlooks the 17th fairway of the Royal course with fabulous views of the 28,400 sq. ft. clubhouse across a 38-acre lake. This is a fully furnished unit with a full compliment of kitchen utensils for cooking in if desired. Relax while watching TV in one of three rooms; the living area, the master bedroom or the guest bedroom.
Heritage Palms is often described as a community that encourages living life to the fullest. The master planned amenities facilitate active lifestyles, strong social ties and a friendly environment nestled within the tropical Florida landscape. There are plenty of activities to do within the 800 acre, gated community including swimming at one of several heated community pools of which the closest is just a short 50 yard walk from the condo unit.
As for the golf...our two 18-hole courses - the Royal and the Sabal are each named for the lines of lofty palms planted along their fairways. Overall, the greens and landing areas are very generous and player friendly. The greens for both courses were completely redone in the past 2 years--they are awesome!
