My vocation is law; my avocation is real estate and creating relaxing, peaceful places. My VRBO homes are carefully furnished with eclectic, comfortable furniture & antiques. The rentals are inspired by the joy I find in antiquing, decorating and real estate.
Why the Owner Chose La Crosse
This lovely house is in prime residential area of historic rivertown rated as one of best undiscovered cities in US. The 1886 home was converted to two flats at the turn of the century so the upper, rental portion has the features and ambiance of a separate home. A few years ago, I furnished the upper apartment for personal use and by request, the apartment became established as an excellent furnished rental--one of a kind in the La Crosse area. A stay here offers rural/nature experiences without having to run "to town"--and fine restaurants, shopping, and comforts after spending the day in the country.
The Unique Benefits of this Apartment
Reading or movies by the fireplace; spring through fall relaxing on the sunporch looking out on trees and historic homes; walking to historic Riverfront and La Crosse restaurants; entertaining for friends in the spacious rooms. Guests and friends love browsing through books---and watching new & old movies in the DVD/video library. You have complete privacy, but help is available if requested.
