It has CENTRAL AIR, 3 large bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths (+ a completely enclosed outside h/c shower), and an open floor plan with different living areas to accommodate different age groups. All linens are provided for your convenience at no additional charge and laundered at the end of your stay.
7/10 mile from picturesque Ridgevale Beach and 1/2 mile from our new bike path. A/C for hot days, ceiling fans when you'd rather enjoy the breezes, and two fireplaces for ambiance and to keep you cozy in the off-season or that occasional cool summer day. Living room has gas fireplace, bright and airy family room has cathedral ceilings with beams, wood burning brick fireplace, and door to deck. Well-equipped sparking white kitchen w/bar counter and adjacent dining area. Wood and tiled floors through first floor.
First floor master bedroom 16x16 with queen 4-poster canopy bed, huge walk-in closet, and bath with tub/shower and double marble sinks. Upstairs has two large bedrooms, each with twins; one has a sitting area w/couch, table & chairs, TV & VCR. Bath with tub/shower has granite sink top. 1st floor laundry and 1/2 bath open onto small deck with outside shower. All decor is a combination of country antiques and new with a casual comfortable feeling.
Convenient to downtown Chatham with all its unique shops and restaurants. Band concerts on the village green every Friday night--a Chatham highlight. Enjoy surrounding towns, each with a flavor all its own. Take a day trip on the fast ferry to one of the islands or travel to Boston! Or another option is to enjoy relaxing on the beach with a good book!
