Come enjoy our beautiful new duplex townhome. Our home is located in Tabernash, which is about 10 minutes away from the town of Winter Park, Colorado and about 15 minutes away from the ski area.
The main level includes a gourmet kitchen, dining area, master bedroom, two baths and a large, inviting living area. The living area features a large two story rock fireplace, a satellite TV, and comfortable leather furnishings, including a couch, loveseat and recliner. The dining area seats eight comfortably. The kitchen features high-end finishes including granite countertops and slate tile flooring and is fully equipped with all of the necessary cooking supplies. Log accents are abundant in the main living area including all railings and a large mantel over the fireplace. The master bedroom has a lodge-style, log queen bed.
Upstairs features two bedrooms and a full bath. One bedroom has a twin over full bunkbed. The other has a rustic queen bed.
Downstairs has an additional bedroom furnished with a queen bed, a full bath and a second living area equipped with a comfortable queen sleeper sofa. There is also a table for games in the second living area as well as a second satellite TV.
Other features of our comfortable home include a two car garage, a heated covered deck at the back of the house featuring an outdoor fireplace and gas grill, and a beautiful, sunny deck at the front of the house with incredible mountain and ski area views. We also have many games and movies for your enjoyment.
There is a private, stocked lake in our community as well as access to regional trails. There is also a multitude of activities within a short drive including Winter Park ski area, Sol Vista ski area, Rocky Mountain National Park, world renowned mountain biking trails in the Fraser valley, three golf courses, fishing in the Fraser River and various lakes near Grand Lake. We accept dogs with prior approval. We look forward to sharing our home with you whatever your adventure may be.
