The studio is located in the popular area of Ixia Center, in Ialyssos very close to everything! 3min walking distance to the beach, great residential neibourhood. The area is full of great amenities, super markets, restaurants (some of the best restaurants are in walking distance), pool bars, cafe, beach bars, hair salons, internet cafes, etc On the block of the property there is a bus stop that can take you into the Old town in 10-15 min.
The studio can sleep up to 2 people, has all amenities and it was just renovated in October 2007 by the owners that are architects. It has a great terrace with a fountain and outside sun beds for you to enjoy the Greek sun!! Everything is new and ready for you to have a great holiday!
