Very cute and stylish with wooden floor, antics beams, highs ceilings and extremely comfortable! Fabulous and romantic duplex of 36m2 in Saint-Germain des Pres, the heart of Paris's Left Bank. The apartment is ideally located in the historic RUE DE CONDE, between rue Saint-Sulpice and Luxembourg Gardens.

My partner and I stayed here for one week in Jan 2012. The apartment could not have been nicer. The location was ideally situated in the heart of St. Germain and was very close to both the Metro and the RER line. Everything you need is within 3 blocks - Market, Bakery, Florist and many, many restaurants. The bed was extremely comfortable and the living area and kitchen were well appointed with everything we needed. Nathalie was a pleasure as was Joelle who met us on time at the apartment. The only possible drawback that we noted was that we did not see an air conditioning unit but that was not an issue in January. We highly recommend this apartment and will be returning next year! Thank you again.

I find it hard to believe you can find a place with a better location. The Odeon metro is close and there are lots of shops and restaurants all around. The apartment was nicely updated and decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom is modern and very nice. The only drawback is I had to duck in the shower since I am 6'1". My wife & I really enjoyed our time here. Both Joelle and Nathalie were wonderful. Thanks.

I have traveled to Paris 6-7 times over the last 10 years, and Nathalie's Rue de Condé Paris apartment has been the best apartment I have stayed so far. The location is in my opinion one of the best that a traveler may want while in Paris the 6th arrondisement at the middle of Saint Germaine de Pres. The area is filled with young people coming and going and there is life until the late night. We enjoyed walks at the Luxembourg gardens just a few steps away and all the nice streets of the area. There is a metro station (Odeon) just a few steps away so if you know how to use the excellent Paris Metro (we got a Navigo Decouverte card which allows one week unlimited metro rides for one week starting on Mondays) you will be very happy with this location too. Many small bistros and restaurants in the area as well as markets, groceries, ATM machines makes it very convenient.(please try Le Comptoir a very elegant and chick restaurant but be prepared to wait to be seated...is that good). The apartment has all the amenities a couple in love will need for a pleasant stay, including internet. The bedroom is very quiet and the bed itself is luxuriously comfortable despite the busy street area. My only warning would be the bathroom shower. If you are more than 5' 10'' tall (I am 5'' 7'' tall) you will need to bend inside the tub to shower, and definitively it can be a real problem for persons above 6 feet tall. Other than that we loved this romantic petit apartment in the heart of my favorite area in Paris and we plan to keep returning over and over again... thanks to Nathalie and her manager Joelle for a very happy rental.

My husband and I had planned a 40th anniversary week in Paris and were so very lucky to have found this dear little apartment. It was all that we could have asked for - quiet, very charming, in the heart of the Latin Quarter, super convenient and very well appointed. I loved the mirrored bathroom with its little bathtub ,the shocking pink staircase to the loft bedroom and the smoky mirrors in the living room that visually doubled the space. It was beyond charming to come home to after a long day of walking and touristing in this magic City. We miss it already .

Well first and foremost I would like to say that the owner of this apartment Nathalie was not pleasant to deal with. Her emails had a very rude tone, she was snappy, and she also forgot to add in that we pay the fees that her bank charges for transfers on top of ours. It would have been fine but she did not have that in the listing when we booked this place, so that bothered me. However the woman who meets you - the one that you actually deal with while in Paris, Joelle was so incredibly sweet, funny and helpful. I key broke in the door while we were there and she traveled in the freezing cold to bring as a new one, and didnt seem a bit put out about it. She had great shopping tips, helped us with maps and called back very promptly any time we needed something. She has a great personality and was one of the highlights of our trips. The place itself is very small, not meant for really tall people, but it was very cute and comfortable. The furniture was nice, she had cable tv, and the bed was amazing, The internet didn't work for us, but that was OK because we were gone most of the time anyways. I also thought it was nice that she had electrical adapters for my electronics. The kitchen is small, so not more than one person in there at a time. There is no oven, so plan on making everything you want to cook on the stove top. That shouldn't be a problem for most, I just like to cook a lot whether I am on vacation or not. Anyhow she had pretty much everything else that we needed in the apartment. I have been to Paris many times and this was a great location. You can walk to the Notre Dame , the Eiffel tower and many other attractions. If it was summer time when I was there, we probably would never have used public transportation because its so close to everything. There was lots of cute little shops and tons of great places to eat. The neighbors were so sweet and the building is very safe, but she has a safe for your valuables just to be sure. The 6th arr is very nice. You can walk in the streets any hours of the night and be perfectly safe in my opinion. I would stay here again, and I do recommend this to others. I am only taking off one star for the owners bad attitude, and because my boyfriend at the time was uncomfortable due to the fact that he kept hitting his head while walking around upstairs because he is so tall.

This was our first trip to Paris and WOW, what an apartment. It was was it said it was going to be. Quiet, in the heart of Paris and close to everything. Having no knowledge of Paris, this was a great location for us. We were able to walk every where and that we did. This apartment was clean, great amenitites, and extremely quiet. I would definitely come here again. It even had a hair dryer for your use - one less thing needed in the suitcase! Joelle was great to work with and was available for assistance if you needed her. She was there outside the apartment waiting for us and was so flexible with our check out time when we were leaving. The bistros around the apartment are great and the shopping along Saint Sulpice is great. I would highly recommend this place.

Although we have visited Paris several dozen times we have never enjoyed ourselves as much as we did on our last occasion, due in large measure to Nathalie's marvelous apartment. The location is to die for, being at the center of the exciting ODEON region. You walk out the door and are surrounded by numerous, bistros, cafes, restaurants and places of entertainment which never seem to close. At the end of the block you have the beautiful LUXEMBOURG gardens where we walked every morning and then stopped at a neaby cafe on our way back. The apartment is modern, fully equipped and very charmingly furnished. Being on the ground floor with its' adjacent private, shaded courtyard the apartment remained very comfortable both day and night despite the above average temperatures in the city during our month-long stay. Both the owner(Nathalie) and the manager (Joelle) were extremely friendly, pleasant and helpful throughout. We could list numerous other pleasant features here but prefer instead to highly recommend that you experience them for yourself.

We spent two weeks in June in this charming pied-a-terre. The location was perfect: close to Metro, great restaurants in all price ranges, markets and bakeries. We especially enjoyed the deli on Rue de Busi/Rue de Seine. They prepare delicious food daily for take out which can be heated in the micro. No need for cooking. The Apt. is modern with super comfortable beds. We will definatle return.
