Our new privately owned luxurious 4 bedroom Villa has two master suites and is situated in the prestigious Calabay Park at Tower Lake just 20 minutes from the gates of Disney. Our Villa is detached and is fully air conditioned and also has ceiling paddle fans , Its located in a fully gated community with 24 security and has on site management 24 hours a day should you require it .
The two master suites are fitted with king size beds, walk in wardrobes and large on-suite bathrooms with showers, vanity units and hair dryers are also provided in the master suites. Both master bedrooms open out onto the pool deck. There are also two twin rooms with a Jack and Jill bathroom.
Our extra private and spacious pool, Jacuzzi and sun deck is south-east facing and enjoys the sun all day. Our family swimming pool has water features and is fitted with underwater lighting and may be heated in the cooler months.
The living area is open plan with a luxury modern kitchen area with a breakfast bar and a kitchen table. The kitchen is fitted with all the modern appliances. The sitting area is fully furnished with comfortable leather couches, a large TV. Coffee table and occasional tables and is an ideal place to relax after a busy day. The Den area is another comfortable sitting area and is fully furnished with comfortable Chairs, occasional table, TV/DVD and an ideal place for the kids to relax in safety. The games room is the perfect to relax and have some fun after a long day shopping or at the parks, with a full size American pool table , Full size Air Hockey , Basket Ball Game , Dart Board with darts and a large electric fan to keep you cool in the warmer times of the year.
Our villa is over 2500 square foot in size and sleeps 10 people and is a home away from home and is 20 minutes from Disney’s, Magic Kingdom, Epcot centre, Universal Studios, MGM Studios, Typhoon Lagoon, Islands of adventure, Wet ‘n’ Wild , Animal Kingdom , Gator Land , Discovery Cove , River Country, Disney Village , Pleasure Island , Disney Resort , Sea World and with Belz designer outlets and the Florida Mall only 30 minutes away there is something to suit everybody’s needs within easy reach . Trips to the coast and beach, the gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic within one hour away.
