There are 4 bedrooms with the master bedroom hosting a Jacuzzi and a queen size bed. The other three bedrooms have 2 sets of bunk beds each. LL Bean's is 30 minutes away and there are many antique shops up and down the coast. Accommodates 10. No pets or smoking.

All rentals start on Saturday and end on Saturday.

There is a $500 damage deposit, 7% sales tax.
The security deposit is half of the weeks rent with the balance due
30 days before you arrive with the sales tax and damage deposit in second payment
