Everywhere you look floor to ceiling glass windows facing the ocean and intercoastal. Relax and sit on the balcony and look at the ocean by day intercoastal and city lights at night.
This condominium has a split floor layout each bedroom is separated by the living room which gives guest additional privacy and comfort. The master bedroom has a king size pillow top mattress bed its own closet and bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin size beds its own closet and bathroom. The living room has a queen size new pull out bed. Large 52 inch big screen TV in living room. Flat 30 inch flatscreen in master bedroom. Dvd and cd player in both rooms. Modern computer desk. Mail service on site. Lots of bath and beach towels. New Washer and dryer is shared. The kitchen holds a full complement of new cooking, storage, eating and drinking utensils for your pleasure. You will have service for six and then some.
Walking distance to lots of great nearby dining and shopping. Just a short walk to your private sandy beach where every possible activity you could want. Fresh water shower at the beach. The amenities of the condo are fantastic with beautiful lobby, huge new gym, Heated swimming pool, sauna and game room.

50% deposit is required to hold reservation, The balance + $120.00 exit cleaning
